Years ago, i was right out of bankruptcy, they hooked me up with a car loan. I still have the car and have since paid off the loan. Five them a chance. You won't be disspointed.”

“I imagine that negative reviews are probably quite common when money is involved. I have banked with Dollar Bank for decades and have never had an issue here and each teller or representative has been friendly and accurate with prompt service. Beyond that, I have had additional bank accounts with other banks and credit unions in the area and my husband has banked with other institutions. Dollar has outperformed all of them by far.”

“I stopped over here about a month or so ago to help my daughter transfer funds from a different bank. One of the things I was glad about was that they have Sat hours.We went inside and I noticed how clean it was. There really wasn't a lot of people in there at the time. The teller called us pretty quickly and handled her needs. She also gave her an overview of Zelle which is a direct payment option she has out of her account to pay another person.I got a nice pen while visiting. My daughter was very pleased that things went smoothly with her. This branch is located where Steak and Shake used to be near Robinson Towne center.Will come again if the situation warrants it.”
“I had to close my joint account because unfortunately my significant other passed away. I had the fortune of working with Hamida during this time. Although it was a lengthy and difficult time and process to close the account, she really had a professionalism and authentic approach to my circumstance. The account couldnt close due to an issue. She had told me she wpuld keep an eye out. And lo and behold, she called me a few weeks later with information. Its rare that someone goes above and beyond. And to me, she did!

“I spoke with a girl named Brooke to let the bank know I’d be studying abroad in Morocco to ensure they didn’t freeze my cards. What resulted was a 12 minute call with her teaching me Arabic phrases and ensuring me I’d have the time of my life (which really helped as I was very nervous). “I’d like to bring attention to the bank manager “ Matt “ . I was upset about an issue I had and called corporate. Needless to say, my issue was unresolved. I went to the branch the next day and about a 2 hours later Matt called me, He was very polite and professional. I figured he wouldn’t remember me because I’m only in the bank a few times a month. I was wrong, he did remember me. He listen to the problem I had, was understanding and was able to come up with a resolution that really was above and beyond my expectations. Matt really made me feel like I was a valued customer. THANK YOU MATT!”
“The drive through is an interesting experience, new technology and works great. I do not have a debit card, yet I'm able to get assistance via video teller to make a check deposit into my checking account. With my limited mobility, this is so much easier than havig to walk into the branch.”
