“Amazing C.E.O! I got to the ambridge branch at 429pm. I know it was cutting it close but I flew there from cranberry. The door was locked and the teller was kinda rude and wouldn't help me. The CEO came down and I explained my situation to her. She was so kind and completed my transaction. She was a blessing from God truly. If it wasn't for her and I only could deal with that teller I would've been screwed! Thank God there's still some kind people in this world!”

“The tellers that work there are always so friendly and ready to help with any questions you may have. My son and I opened a joint bank account with them a year or 2 ago, and Teresa (I believe that is her name) was so helpful, answered all of our questions, and was not rushing us through the process of opening the account. Everyone there is very friendly and I've not had a bad experience there. The only thing I dislike about huntington Bank is that the atm charges $4, for non huntington bank users, to use their atm (My personal account isn't from huntington bank). It's very frustrating that the fee seems higher than most by at least $1.50, and my bank will also charge me $3 for using any atm that's not my bank's atm. So I get double charged to use the atm. It shouldn't be that expensive to use their atm if you're not their customer. I had to their atm today as my bank took their atm out, but I will never use my account to withdraw money from their atm again. It was very off-putting. However, it's not the tellers' fault that the fee is there.”
“I have been a Dollar Bank customer at the Moon Twp Branch for over 20 years. Two months ago, one of my 6-month CDs expired; I was traveling and did not respond to the notice to renew the CD within the specified time. As a result, the CD renewed at a 1% APR. As it was my fault in not responding, I planned to wait out the 6 months and get a better rate then.
I was at the Moon Branch today and mentioned this (in passing) to the teller (Joseph), who was helping me with some other business. Joe took it upon himself to talk to the Branch Manager, who said that it could not be handled at the branch level as the CD had been opened online. Joe took my phone number and promised to call management to see if he could do anything to help me with this; this was unexpected, as I did not ask for any help. Joe called me back, and Dollar Bank agreed to increase my rate to 3% (a good rate) and to backdate the 3% to the renewal date! Totally unexpected and fantastic!

He was so kind and patient because we are a young couple and don’t know how to do everything yet and we didn’t even have all of the right documents so we had to run home and grab those and he was still so patient with us. “Dimple (yes) printed out about 600 pages of statements for me without being asked to. That was a month ago. Then, yesterday, Samuel volunteered to dig up an old closed account and print out 5 years of statements again !! I asked another bank to do this for my wife’s account and they refused to do it. The First National Bank has far better customer service than the other bank.”

“Opened a joint bank account here with my husband and had a great experience. The staff were friendly, warm, and helpful. The facility is modern and clean.
I’ve noticed some negative reviews, but it’s worth remembering that everywhere is short-staffed these days — kindness and patience go a long way. The employees here are doing their best and it shows.
I also have my personal banking and mortgage through PNC and have always been pleased with their service.”
