“I really like the Big lots updates. My brother and I were there to buy a mattress for our dad. My brother was holding the twin mattress and an employee with glasses and short blondish gray hair walked by and we asked if we could get a cart and she rolled her eyes and said if you can wait a minute. It was not what she said it was how she said it like we were totally bothering her. Meanwhile she was pushing a cart with one piece of cardboard on it. So we turned and carried it to front to purchase it. The cashier was bright and friendly and offered to help us. Nice visit with the exception of the employee who treated us like a complete inconvenience.”
“Life savers! Very friendly and helpful! I purchased 2 water storage containers and asked the cashier if I could get them filled with water there. Due to the power outages we have had no water to flush toilets. Tim helped me fill them and even helped me get them out to my car! Thank you Tim and Tractor supply!”

“Living in Indiana has its challenges. Finding decent produce/health foods is one of those challenges. However, Martin's checks that box. Their produce is the best in the area (excluding seasonal local produce not found in the supermarket). They tend to have items that Giant Eagle or Walmart doesn't carry - Tokyo turnips, interesting greens, tropical fruits. Further, their organic aisle is always stocked with things that mesh with my vegan-ish diet. Their healthy snack selection is great and they consistently run sales. I don't do my main staple shopping here as Martin's prices can't compete with the nearby supermarket giants. But if a recipe calls for something even remotely "exotic", expect to shop for it here. The store is fairly clean and I've come to really appreciate the cashiers and those working the seafood case (I interact with them most often). They are always up for a friendly chat!”
“Disappointing that i didn't see numerous clearance racks like i saw a few months ago. Had to go the whole way to the back to find the pickup bins and took forever to find my order since the email never gave us a bin number.”

“I had been getting my prescriptions filled at another pharmacy for 25 yr. However they became so busy that customer service suffered. I sttarted going to Martins Pharmacy. Everyone behind the counter are kind and courteous. Very professional and knowledgeable. I absolutely would recommend this Store and Pharmacy to anyone. Very very good customer service. 5+++ stars.”

“I absolutely love shopping here. Almost all my shopping trips here have been very nice I spend a good bit of money here as well having 5 kids and one on the way. Last night I went to the store with 3 of my boys and every where we went the sales associates were following us at 1st I had thought well maybe they are just organizing stuff and such until I seen two ladies pointing our direction and more sales associates seem to appear every area in the store we was looking at. I was very upset and getting angry at this time. I only purchased a coffee mug last night and that is not normal for me usually my cart is full! I did let our cashier know that I felt very uncomfortable as this has never happened before and she felt bad. I will go back however if this happens again I will not. Which is sad I love the products and love shopping here. Most of the time everyone is so wonderful and kind last night nope :( huge bummer especially when I went there to cheer up as I had already had a rough day. Because shopping is my happy therapy :)”
