The woman in the office is very kind,helpful and was understanding about my ride being a little late. If I'm ever in the area again this will be my first choice for accommodations.”

“This place looks better then the pictures online. Which I was worried about. I was put into a situation where I had to move, so calling around, this place was not only the cheapest but the service is decent. The guy that runs the place with a couple of his family members are really sweet and nice. They seem to try their best to make sure you have a pleasant stay. It is very convenient in the sense of there are many stores around, there is a Sheetz about a minute away on foot. And if you're driving, route 30 is full of so many stores and shopping plazas. Overall being a last resort place to live I am glad but this is the place I chose.If you looking for a motel on 30 I promise this one is your best option. They all aren't perfect but this ONE is cosy,clean, and cheapest of them all.”

“Room was great and comfortable but the neighbors were loud and argued after midnight until their baby cried. The evening desk lady was exceptionally pleasant and helpful and it was only her 4th day of work. Cost was about $160 for a double queen. I see other reviews saying king room was $100. Wonder why such price difference.”

“This was my 2nd visit to this property and this stay was just as nice, though shorter. The staff is extremely nice and helpful, the room was clean and the bathroom lighting was great. Our room was a few floors over the outdoor area, which people were enjoying, so it's nice that people can socialize other than in the lobby. I didn't have breakfast, but I passed the area it was in, and it looked nice. Highly recommend this Hampton Inn. (I was in town for an event in Murrysville and I chose to go 30 mins east and out of my way to stay here rather than in Monroeville!)”

“Rooms were clean, service was good. Little older hotel so there are no USB outlets. Glad I brought my wall adapter. A/c was blew cold although maybe a little louder than a newer model and it also could have been just my room. Nothing really to complain about, but nothing special either. I did not see or go into the pool or work out area. Breakfast was good. Waffles, eggs, toast, cereal, a good selection very delicious. Over all a pleasant stay. Maybe a little bit more expensive than what I would have liked, but that’s about it. If asked “how was my stay” I would reply “it’s okay. Not bad, pretty good.””

“Our daughter’s team recently stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and our stay was fantastic. All of the staff were friendly but Lisa was THE BEST!! She proactively did everything she could to make sure our stay was good, an absolute gem. Loved the evening snacks too, great idea!”

“I came to this hotel after stopping at a few already and this lady was extremely nice and welcoming. Was short on a little bit of money for the room and she waved the fee. I very much thank her. She's a lifesaver. I recommend this hotel to everybody. Great! Location room looks nice. Very welcoming. She's a sweetheart but woman deserves a raise”

“This is totally a 5 star when it comes to quality and cleanliness. The room I got was literally beautiful. Very clean tidy, ac/TV everything worked great. The employees are kind. House keeping checked on me this morning. Microwave, fridges hairdryer, lots of towels wash clothes extra tp. A desk in the room lots of lighting Very quiet. Service animals welcomed. They even have the old Gideons bibles”

“I booked a room for my daughter and husband who are active military traveling across country prior to a deployment (also traveling with a service dog). The front desk was A++++++ helping me make arrangements using points. I wish I wrote down their names, I spoke with a women (I think Makaila Monday night) and my daughter mentioned the gentlemen who checked them him had a slight British accent) In any event they were both rock starts. Thank you for helping us.....”

“Had an emergency the 1st night staying and in the middle of the night, they were very attentive to the situation and also, the staff was very helpful. The rooms were clean and even the 2nd time of stay the same. Customer service was excellent as they did what they could and the best I've seen from traveling.”
