“Rooms were clean, service was good. Little older hotel so there are no USB outlets. Glad I brought my wall adapter. A/c was blew cold although maybe a little louder than a newer model and it also could have been just my room. Nothing really to complain about, but nothing special either. I did not see or go into the pool or work out area. Breakfast was good. Waffles, eggs, toast, cereal, a good selection very delicious. Over all a pleasant stay. Maybe a little bit more expensive than what I would have liked, but that’s about it. If asked “how was my stay” I would reply “it’s okay. Not bad, pretty good.””

“This was a Courtyard Marriot, and I was expecting a Courtyard Marriot, nothing more. The place was clean, and the amenities were as they should have been. I was in town for a convention, so just needed a place to stay. Afterwards, I did receive a survey, which I took. The first question was if I would recommend them. I said no because people just don’t do that for casual hotels but did give them high ratings for everything else. What surprised me though is that I received a response thanking me for the survey, which I could tell was actually written by a person. Well done Marriot.”

“I came to this hotel after stopping at a few already and this lady was extremely nice and welcoming. Was short on a little bit of money for the room and she waved the fee. I very much thank her. She's a lifesaver. I recommend this hotel to everybody. Great! Location room looks nice. Very welcoming. She's a sweetheart but woman deserves a raise”

“Convince friendly staff. GM was very Wounderful to talk too. They are continually working on upgrading this new best Western purchase. It was the old holiday inn, I worked here back in the late 60's. Enjoying my short stay.”

“I booked a room for my daughter and husband who are active military traveling across country prior to a deployment (also traveling with a service dog). The front desk was A++++++ helping me make arrangements using points. I wish I wrote down their names, I spoke with a women (I think Makaila Monday night) and my daughter mentioned the gentlemen who checked them him had a slight British accent) In any event they were both rock starts. Thank you for helping us.....”

“I have to say honestly it feels so cozy and homey compared to most hotels. The service isn't the greatest but that's ok bc at least they respect your privacy and discretion”

“Had an emergency the 1st night staying and in the middle of the night, they were very attentive to the situation and also, the staff was very helpful. The rooms were clean and even the 2nd time of stay the same. Customer service was excellent as they did what they could and the best I've seen from traveling.”
