“Wow some of the other reviews on this location are shocking! I have been to a lot of other LabCorp locations and this one is hands down the best. I’ve been coming to this location now for about 4 years or so every month, so I would say I have a good amount of experience with them. And honestly I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Even if there is a line it goes fast.. I usually see Gertrude when I go.. I honestly can’t say enough good things about her and the impact she has had on me through my health issues. I am really tough for most phlebotomists, I have ended up in tears at labs often; I pretty much have always needed the IV Team if I am in the hospital, even some anesthesiologists have had issues. But since coming to Gertrude she is able to get me without any issues and now I have only shed happy tears!! She always brightens my day, so nice and really cares.. Even the other girl that is there often, I believe her name is, Anisa, she is nice too. Both of these girls really hustle. I don’t know how they do it honestly. But I am grateful to them both!!”
“Feels like going to a private doctors office and not a free clinic. Personable, caring, accommodatingly individualistic treatment by a warm, compassionate and thorough, knowledgeable staff in a clean and comforting friendly environment. The head NP ❤️ and entire staff are always willing to explain things; the exact opposite of any clinic experience I have ever had since switching to public insurance. Feel like a person and not just a rushed number/statistic. Highly recommend.”

“We had an awesome experience at this location. All staff was great but Violet did an amazing job drawing blood on our 7 year old. She made what could have been a terrible experience (for everyone!) a very tolerable experience. He barely reacted to the needle. 5 stars!”

I highly, highly recommend going here & seeing her if you struggle with any sort of anxiety with getting blood taken. She made me feel so comfortable & at ease, while also respecting my own process that I usually follow of getting blood taken (including listening to music & closing my eyes). 10/10 recommend”

“We took my 1 year old son here for his blood work. The only reason for loosing a star was they called my son's name from the 3rd computer and when I went to the window the reception said with attitude to come to the 3rd desk. I was unaware I was to let myself in the door. The lady was very nice once we sat down.
The phlebotomists that took my son's blood deserve more than 10 stars! We started with one who took her time with him, felt multiple times for his veins, used the warmers to help. She called in another woman to help and together they were able to get my son's blood quickly. They were so gentle and kind to him and explained everything to me.”
“Markeeta was an absolute ANGEL who made my experience here incredibly positive. She was timely, friendly, and got my blood draw done in one attempt although I am a historically “hard stick”. Location was clean and check in was easy as well.”
“I've done about 5 PCR test here and always received my results within 24 hours. The staff is super friendly and professional. Yesterday they went above and beyond helping me to get the authorization from my doctor. My sisters also did PCR test for traveling and got their results in less than 24 hours.”

“I cannot praise the LabCorp in Fort Washington enough for their exceptional service! Today, I visited this location with my 3-year-old for routine lab work, and despite not having an appointment, we were accommodated immediately around 11:15 am as walk-ins. The staff's hospitality was unparalleled; they were incredibly patient and kind to my little one, who tends to be quite dramatic during doctor's appointments.
From the moment we walked in, the team made us feel at ease. Their professionalism and gentle approach ensured my child felt comfortable and secure throughout the process. The way they handled everything with such care and attention was truly commendable.
My husband and I were initially worried about how our son would react, but the LabCorp staff did an outstanding job of making sure he was well taken care of. Their warm demeanor and expertise turned what could have been a stressful experience into a positive one.

“I had a bad experience with a blood draw at a different Quest location where they couldnt get the vein and I got faint and ended up leaving without having completed my blood work. I went to the Horsham, PA Quest the following day and explained my prior experience to Sasha, the phlebotomist who was helping me. She listened to me and made adjustments to the blood draw, using a smaller needle, and was successful on her first attempt. She made sure I was okay and was so kind and considerate. I cannot thank her enough!”

“First time patient at this office. Everyone was so nice and welcoming! Front staff was fabulous and Dr. Cavanaugh’s medical assistant (forget her name) is very friendly and outgoing. Quick wait time. After switching to this practice after my previous doctor at another practice left I was very nervous b/c I loved my previous doctor. But I couldn’t be happier with Dr. Cavanaugh! She really listens and explains things to my understanding!”
“I always make my appointment online and never have a problem getting in within a day or two. Check in is a breeze and I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes. Only once has the 'stick' been less then perfect, usually it's pretty much painless and the blood draw is done quickly and efficiently. I guess all those 1 star reviewers met with different folks as everyone I've encountered has been pleasant and professional.”
