Very affordable and your only responsibility is electric. The owner has been very gracious to not increase my rent by an enormous amount thankfully year to year. They also add new amenities to the building, including a sauna this year. Julie, the leasing agent, is very accommodating, thoughtful, and kind. Kenrick, maintenance extraordinaire, is prompt, communicative, and kind. It's a pleasure to see both of them around the building!”

The management team, staff, and security are all very professional and responsive, but at the same time genuinely friendly and respectful. They create a strong sense of comfort and security for residents. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which I really appreciated. The cleanliness and upkeep of the common areas are consistently excellent. The building is always clean, well-maintained, and pleasant to be in. The residents are also respectful and considerate, which makes a big difference—throughout my stay, I never had any issues with noise or disturbances. “I have been a resident of 2116 Chestnut for nearly 10 years now and have (unfortunately ?) been through many changes of management in that timespan. That being said, this new team is by far the most friendly, easygoing and caring team while maintaining their professionalism. I know whether I call the office or stop in with a question or concern, I won’t be thrown corporate jargon buzzwords, I’ll be given a solution straight away or at least a plan of action towards one. They keep an open door policy and not only welcome but encourage feedback. They started here back around the new year and have made many (great) changes! Our package system through Fetch was a nightmare, they listened and converted a storage room into a package room with secure package lockers. A good portion of us also raised concerns about security so they went ahead and installed app controlled deadbolts to all our apartment doors and even converted all the building doors to this app. I sleep comfortably at night knowing the front is secured via this app but is also carefully monitored by the 24/7 front desk team. I could go on and on about them but the other great reviews regarding the concierge team really speak for themselves. They most recently gave our amenity spaces and front lobby a refresh, giving it a much more sleek feeling. The lobby is so beautiful!! I love coming home and seeing it!”

Ashley and Lori at the leasing/management office are so kind and helpful, and Sadat is so friendly and great with maintenance requests. You stop noticing the train after living here for a while, and the building is so centrally located in Hatboro that you can easily walk to shops and restaurants. Pet owners are all friendly with each other, and we've loved our neighbors. The long wait list to get into an apartment here was so worth it!”

I appreciate you Kennedy ?? I love the social activities that are offered at times in the evenings. Especially when you arrive home from a long day , to be greeted with food, drinks, water ice and mustard pretzels, tacos, salads, etc….There are often times in the mornings Management has set up danishes, fruit coffee, tea hot chocolate for your enjoyment in the mornings. This is a great start for your day. Last year, our Holiday party was phenomenal, exquisite, professionally done. Thank you Corey for all or your efforts and Love? The Front Desk Administration is awesome, our Engineer, Housekeeping and Management are always on top of keeping the building, hallways etc in tip top shape, the trash rooms , halls elevator are always clean and in order. “I've lived here for almost two years and it's a very nice place to live with plenty of amenities, including atypical ones like additional parking garage storage cages, a pet spa, and clean, well-decorated common spaces if you just need to sit while waiting for something. Valet trash is a great service, but non-optional, so if you're unable to get your trash out on time due to your schedule/work hours, you're essentially paying for a service you can't use—the complex also features Luxor lockers which are an amazing resource when everything works, but sometimes tracking down your package is a total nightmare if it's not at your actual building, but that's a delivery issue, not really the complex's fault. Property Management is VERY friendly and were able to help me with some unique complications, and the maintenance crew are stupid fast—I've only had to put in a repair ticket once, but they fixed it within hours of me submitting a request. Overall, it's way more good than bad, in a great location with tons of restaurants, and is kept clean. Tenants mostly keep to themselves, but are usually pretty friendly when you run into them. If you're interested in living here, take a tour and see for yourself!”
