“I have been a patient of Abington Jeffferson Health and Dr. Tracey Roesing for over twenty years. I have seen the office go through some changes, but honestly, I've NEVER experienced any disrespect or mistreatment by any staff member or doctor at this location. Several years ago, the phone system was terrible, and the wait times to speak to someone was horrendous. Since the phone upgrade, I've havent experienced any issues with unanswered calls or long wait times.
Over my twenty years as a patient, I have seen the demographic shift.
The office is now more inclusive. There is diversity in the medical staff, office administration and patient population. In my opinion, a lot of the negative reviews are coming from patients who do not appreciate diversity. Those patients are accustomed to a homogeneous environment, solely representing non-POC.
Those baised patients are negative. They give of nasty energy when speaking to the office staff, so you get what you give. It's incredibly arrogant to expect the hard-working staff to accept verbal abuse from narrow-minded people.
The administration staff has always accommodated me and has completed school forms for my son (also a patient), in a timely manner.The doctors are extremely knowledgeable, and thorough. The physicians follow-up with phone calls regarding test results.
I have a chronic condition, which requires an occasional ER visit. When I call Jefferson Health with a medicalemergency, the on-call doctor immediately responds to me, AND calls the ER to give them a heads up, significantly reducing my triage wait time
I have been very pleased with Abington Jeffferson Health for my primary care.”

“Dr bob got me through an extremly difficult time. I was in a very bad place mentally. He got me through it together. He REALLY cared not just "take these pills and see you next week". He made me feel like life WAS worth living. Its like he was right there with me every step of the way. I have recently moved an hour away but I will always continue to take that hour ride for Dr bob.I also live Diane Rotherham. She is wonderful too.”

There was 1 young lady that drew blood when that service was available whom was challenging. She wasn't with the practice very long. There aren't many physicians who give the ear, care & consideration that I receive from Dr May. Way to go Dr May, see you next year my forever PCP!?”
“Hatboro medical should have 5 stars across the board. I’ve been a patient here for over 20 years. In all honesty, I’ve been relatively healthy and haven’t had to use them much until recently but every visit has exceeded my expectations. I was recently switched to Andrew Milano at the practice and he has been excellent to work with. I can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. In the past, I have found that a lot of doctors have a poor bedside manner but this is certainly not the case with Andrew, or any of the other staff I have dealt with. Overall, it just seems like a great team here! Everyone from the doctors to the front desk has been outstanding!”
“Personally, I think it has improved now that it is in a new location. The lady at the medical station was really helpful and kind when I asked to get a form signed. Probably just depends on certain staff but the ones I've met have been great.”

“I went in twice in the past month. One for an IUD placement with Dr Booher and Natalie and one for a Colposcopy with Dr Davis and Evy. The doctors are great! Talked me through both procedures and calmed my fears along the way. The medical assistants were both amazing and attentive. I appreciate the patience and understanding I received from all of these women. My wait time has never been too long and everyone including front desk and the team had been respectful and polite.”

It has a cozy, residential vibe that does not feel like an impersonal clinical setting which immediately makes me feel relaxed. Marissa Patterson, NP is the bee's knees. She's an absolute gem who has seen me through some major medical events with care and knowledge.”

He was very patient with me and was not dismissive of my concerns. He really put me at ease and gave me a referral for follow up care. “I have been coming to this office for a couple years and as I read others reviews I have also experienced the same……but…. In the past year I have seen a big change on how they handle patients and problems that arise. I have noticed the change. I had a problem an felt like I wasn’t being handled appropriately and spoke to the supervisor who was understanding and ready and willing to find a solution. That was something I didn’t get in the past. Walking in the door and being greeted without attitude was something I didn’t get before. I’m gonna be honest when I first started coming here I didn’t like it at all but now things have change ALOT. If your reading these reviews understand that people sometimes only talk about the bad and forget to talk about the good and that is why I wanted to right this review. Now I’m not saying that what they are saying isn’t true because it could be but try them out for yourself. Work still needs to be done but they are moving in the right direction and a lot of things have changed for the better starting with the staff.”
“This was my first vist to Einstein Center One. To be trueful, I had never heard of it before. It was given to me as a option instead of going to Einstein main campus on Broad street in Philadelphia. Most of the time, if I need to get any tests like x-rays, mammograms etc. I would go to Elkins Park. This particular test was not done there so I chose Einstein Center One. They offer services for primary care and specialty doctors located in Northeast Philadelphia. It was easy to find and had plenty of free parking. Security was friendly, helping me find my way. I had pre registered on line, so checking in was seamless. I didn't have to wait but about 10 minutes and was called in for my study. The technician was friendly and made me feel at ease. I was out and on my way in least than a hour. I would definitely go back to the location and highly recommend it.”

“Doctor Kress is the best!!! I love this man as my DR. Unfortunately I can't afford to keep seeing him after 35 years because he joined up with MDVIP. Now that might be good for him I understand , but for a stuggleing retired mailman , it just wasn't worth the money for me! I "m sad to lose Dr. Kress !!”
