“I was at the Dickson City store yesterday and encountered rude associates who acted like they didnt want to be bothered. Came to Keyser Oak today and Gammy couldnt be more helpful. Gammy had me up and running in no time at all. Dickson said i needed a bunch of useless things in order to get my phone going , all the while, Gammy needed nothing but some common sense. If you are not phone savy, stay away from everyone except Gammy in Keyser Oak. GAMMY IS THE MAN I WILL BE SEEING FROM NOW ON!”

“Throughout my life, I have never had many good experiences involving cell phone company stores. This store proved me wrong today. Thanks to Krystal and the other staff members, I now can proudly say that this store excels at customer service and technical support. I had an issue with transferring my phone lines over from another carrier and they ended up being on the wrong account. I walked into the store stressed and overwhelmed with worry that my same phone number that I have had for years, would end up not being able to be used again. Krystal solved that problem and she immediately listened to my concerns and right away solved the issues at hand. If you are hesitating, please do yourself the favor and trust these professionals. You won't regret it!”

“Literally the best phone retailer experience I have ever had.I need to start by saying that I first went to the T-Mobile corporate location 3 minutes down the street to try to get a new plan set up with my husband. we were blatantly lied to by the associate working, Nico. He wouldn’t allow us to enroll in the 3 line plan with the price quoted to us online, saying that it was impossible. So my husband and I decided to try this location out since it was so close by.We were greeted by a friendly face, Lindsay, who truly went above and beyond to help us. She was able to easily assist us with the plan we asked for and she stayed late after close to make sure we were all set up. She was knowledgeable, efficient and truly had INCREDIBLE customer service!Save your time and come here first!”
“The gentleman who just assisted me was absolutely wonderful both on the phone and in person. I signed back up with Boost after having been a member for 15 years and getting talked into going with T-Mobile. It took me 2 years to get out of the T-Mobile situation that I hated from the very beginning and now I'm back at Boost but my phone wasn't working quite right. I went in there and he took care of it in 2 minutes with a very nice attitude. I appreciate you!”
“Visited store this morning. Steve was so helpful. I spent about an hour with Verizon on phone yesterday. Was disconnected, agent never called me back. Today, Steve told me what my issue was and I was able to rectify the problem. Now I am able to use my phone without issues. Thanks, Steve.”
