We have a Saint Bernard puppy who was completely new to grooming, and after two visits, we are impressed with Nora and her staff. He always comes home looking amazing, smelling fresh, and most importantly, happy and comfortable. The staff genuinely seem to love him. He’s a little nervous when it comes to having his nails trimmed, but they are incredibly patient and gentle. It’s clear that they truly care about the pets they groom. We feel completely comfortable leaving our puppy in their hands and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring, professional groomer!

76 Broadway, Jim ThorpeFirst time visit on Friday, April 24. Rode bike up from Allentown and it was a very low key, chill lunch hour in Jim Thorpe. My actual first time visiting Broadway and just happened to stumble upon this spot and so glad I did. I was just looking for a light lunch and the BLT was out of this world I don’t often do ciders, but wow!! These were exactly what a cider is supposed to be. Chatted with the owner for quite a bit on his history and background with ciders/wines etc. Awesome guy. Highly enjoyed the dandelion cider and Asian pear cider. Had a sample of the strawberry rhubarb wine and wow!!! Everything was phenomenal and will definitely be back! Walls are covered in in art and wish I took more pics! Ask about their logo as it came from an amazing pic of the owner’s grandfather who taught him how to make cider. A must visit spot!

Notch Eight Craft House
107 Broadway, Jim ThorpeWe walked in a little after 11:30 and the place was absolutely empty, we decided to stay and try it out anyways and by the time we left there were no seats available and some people waiting! There are really only bar stools available to sit, we choose the seats by the window so we could watch the rain falling outside. The food was very good, we all got something different and we all enjoyed what we ordered. I myself ordered the Chicketta chicken sandwhich with fries on the side. It was very filling and the texture of the chicken was crispy and the sauce paired well. The fries were also a great texture and I ended up finishing my entire meal! I would highly recommended this restaurant and if possible try to get there as early as you can so that you can guarantee yourself a place to sit!

The Harry Packer Mansion Inn
19 Packer Hill Ave, Jim ThorpeMy wife and I had an amazing time staying here this past weekend. The mansion is gorgeous, room was very comfortable and the staff was awesome. The bar has a wonderful selection of cocktails and a great bourbon variety. Breakfast buffet was great, and the dinner during the murder mystery show was delicious. Already thinking of booking again to catch one of the other shows.

The dinning area has multiple TVs, and our waiter, Allen was super friendly. We found a new favorite place in Jim Thorpe!

57 Susquehanna St, Jim ThorpeI recently visited the town of Jim Thorpe with a good friend of mine. It happened to be my birthday so we stopped by Woods Ice Cream. They got me a peanut butter sundae. I've gotta say it's prob one of the best and most delicious sundae's I've ever had in my life. And I'm not even exaggerating. Typing this out just made me remember the taste and my mouth just watered lol. And I can't forget to mention the service was great as well. I highly recommend stopping by this cute little town and getting yourself some ice cream from there.

5 Hazard Square, Jim ThorpeThis is a cute place with a bunch of delicious food. Our group was pleased. The IPA was great. Server was decent. The only downfall for me was the chili. This chili doesn't belong in a bowl, it's hot dog chili. Other than that, very tasty bar food. We had 6 different meals and 3 appetizers all very good.
