76 Broadway, Jim ThorpeFirst time visit on Friday, April 24. Rode bike up from Allentown and it was a very low key, chill lunch hour in Jim Thorpe. My actual first time visiting Broadway and just happened to stumble upon this spot and so glad I did. I was just looking for a light lunch and the BLT was out of this world I don’t often do ciders, but wow!! These were exactly what a cider is supposed to be. Chatted with the owner for quite a bit on his history and background with ciders/wines etc. Awesome guy. Highly enjoyed the dandelion cider and Asian pear cider. Had a sample of the strawberry rhubarb wine and wow!!! Everything was phenomenal and will definitely be back! Walls are covered in in art and wish I took more pics! Ask about their logo as it came from an amazing pic of the owner’s grandfather who taught him how to make cider. A must visit spot!

Notch Eight Craft House
107 Broadway, Jim ThorpeWe walked in a little after 11:30 and the place was absolutely empty, we decided to stay and try it out anyways and by the time we left there were no seats available and some people waiting! There are really only bar stools available to sit, we choose the seats by the window so we could watch the rain falling outside. The food was very good, we all got something different and we all enjoyed what we ordered. I myself ordered the Chicketta chicken sandwhich with fries on the side. It was very filling and the texture of the chicken was crispy and the sauce paired well. The fries were also a great texture and I ended up finishing my entire meal! I would highly recommended this restaurant and if possible try to get there as early as you can so that you can guarantee yourself a place to sit!

34 Susquehanna St, Jim ThorpeHibachi was well flavored, as was salad and miso soup. Sushi was flavorless. Green tea was very good too. Service was friendly and efficient. Sat near door, cold air constantly blowing on you when anyone came or went. If you're in the area it's ok, but there are better options in the valley.

We had such an amazing experience at Curiosities Coffee and Ice House, and a huge part of that was Danielle. She took incredible care of us from start to finish — genuinely kind, attentive, and welcoming. You can tell she truly loves what she does.
Service like hers makes all the difference and turns a simple coffee stop into a memorable experience. Danielle is an absolute gem and the reason we’ll be coming back. Best service, hands down!

5 Hazard Square, Jim ThorpeWe came to Jim Thorpe for Winterfest and stopped at Molly's for dinner Friday night and Saturday for drinks and apps. Both visits we had Dominic as our server. He was very professional, polite, and attentive. Food, drinks, and atmosphere were excellent and highly recommend. Ask for Dominic.

16 W Broadway, Jim ThorpeFrom the second I walked onto the property, I was greeted by someone that was assisting another Table. The outside seating are is spacious and well organized. When I walked inside the bar area I was greeted by the bartender, and even though they were pretty busy she had a menu to me within minutes. The bartender was attentive and super polite. My wife and I just grazed on some appetizers. We had fresh cut fries , Marion Mac N Cheese, and French Onion Dumplings. They were all pretty great, the smoked chipotle ketchup is very nice, and possibly the only condiment I have mentioned in a review... Try the fries, every order I saw brought out looked kinda fantastic ! Also the have a decent selection and nice variety of Beers.
