“Great representatives and excellent service! Only downside is that they don't allow for principal only payments to be made directly from an external account. It has to go into the PFFCU saving account and then to the mortgage. This is a major inconvenience and I hope they add the feature to pay directly from an external account more seamlessly!”

“Great inside branch, but be very careful using the drive through ATM after hours, even if it's still a bit light out. I believe would-be criminals are occasionally using lookouts that just hang in their vehicles. Recently another car stopped at alleged lookout vehicle while ATM deposit feature wasn't working. I aborted when 2nd vehicle started coming around the rear of the bank. Sure enough, the 2nd car never stopped at the ATM and kept driving through. Few seconds later, the lookout vehicle left. There was also a 3rd suspicious vehicle in the parking lot in the rear of the property next door to the right.”

“I went in on a random Thursday, and even though they were closing soon, an employee named Mike gladly sat down with me to open a checking account. Great experience, Mike was really helpful and incredibly polite. Not pushy in the slightest. At the end he let me know my debit card would be mailed to my home address, and when I asked if I could get it sooner without a moment of hesitation Mike switched up the shipping so that for no charge it would get mailed to that branch in a couple days as opposed to a week (which is perfect since I work down the road). So today I go in to pick it up, and before I could even wait in line, a well dressed woman (I WISH I could remember her name - but she looks like she could be the manager) asked what she could help me with. I told her, and I kid you not she already had the envelope with my card in her hand! WHAT!? I'm a s***** for good customer service, but this place really caught me off guard. 5 stars all around.”
“I had a truly standout experience at this Wells Fargo branch recently. I needed to complete a large and somewhat complex transaction that required extra time and attention. To make things more challenging, I had to bring my toddler with me. As any parent can imagine, keeping a little one entertained during a lengthy bank visit is no easy feat.
Thankfully, the branch manager, Colleen, was absolutely incredible. Not only was she professional and thorough in helping me navigate the transaction, but she also went above and beyond to make the experience smoother by engaging with my child and helping keep him occupied while I handled the details. Her kindness, patience, and attentiveness made a stressful situation so much more manageable.
Even when a few hiccups came up during the process, Colleen remained calm, solution-oriented, and supportive. It’s rare to encounter this level of care and customer service — and I’m truly grateful for how she treated both me and my son.
