“My wife and I were recently in the market looking for new mattresses and wound up going to KOP mall to check out all of the mattress stores on Labor Day weekend. We tried Tempur-Pedic, Purple, and SleepNumber in that order. When we first went to Purple we met Lauren who is one of the Sales Managers at the KOP location and she was great but understood my wife and I were making an investment in our sleep. She had us try out all of Purple Mattresses options and we were pretty sure we’d be coming back but we had to try SleepNumber before making our final decision.

Ultimately we came back to Purple and decided to go with their mattress and bed platform as it suited us best. Lauren got us all set up to have the mattress and bed frame delivered, the process was pretty easy and she wasn’t pushy at all which we both appreciated. When the bed and frame was delivered we were expecting a couple of the purple gadgets we had seen so many people online get that we didn’t. I reached out to Lauren a couple weeks later and explained that we were looking forward to getting those and she immediately sprang into action and had a little Purple goody bag delivered to our place in a couple days. She is amazing, she is quick to respond to any questions you may have, she isn’t pushy like most sales folks especially in the mattress business and she truly believes in the Purple product. If you are in the market for a new mattress to help you sleep better, feel well rested and recovered (I am in construction so that’s highly important to me) I would suggest Purple all the way. Also, if you’re looking for someone who truly cares about your needs, ask for Lauren, she’s literally got your back!”

When my cocktail table order was delayed for months Ethan Allen sent me a loaner, which was great. Ultimately EA couldn’t deliver on my cocktail table - it took 9 months to learn that, which was very annoying. But I got my money back and was able to find a table elsewhere so things worked out ok.”

“This is a Five-Star review.I walked into EuroHome (then Calligaris) 18 months ago, knowing nothing about the store, only the name (Calligaris) as a brand that I had heard about. At the time I had a simple problem to solve. We had a new apartment in a different city, with no furniture, and I wanted to start furnishing it. I was looking for a dining room table. I had photos and architectural plans.These lovely people at Eurohome (specifically AJ and Drew) and helped me think through what my husband and I needed… how big a table, where should it sit within the room, what sort of table we wanted. This discussion migrated to what our design preferences were, and what would look well in our room, what sort of look, comfort, and feeling we wanted. Gradually we began to talk about other furniture. The team never pushed, never inserted their ideas over ours, were very patient, and allowed us to slowly develop a design strategy. The design services were a part of the customer experience.Over the last year and a half, we continued buying furniture from EuroHome. We have been delighted with each and every piece. There were hiccups… I changed my mind with the fabrics the night we chose them, and we redesigned. The 2nd round, one fabric was discontinued and so we redesigned. There were so many options the major issue was what to choose. There were always wonderful choices. The 3rd time was the charm. The pieces were gorgeous.Our buying occurred in groups. We did not get all at once. But beyond the dining room we moved to the living room and the bedrooms. We tested the waters and slowly came back and bought more. The furniture came from Italy, so often we had to wait several months for them to arrive. The team was on top of the items, and they followed through from the making to boxing to shipping to delivery. Again, Drew and AJ and Sandy and Anna were lovely and each and every one of these folks was helpful in the process.With the sure-footed design backup and the multitude of choices we have an apartment, that we feel is unique to us, fits our preferences and lifestyle, and is gorgeous. “Last year we were decorating our new home and because of Covid we were waiting many months for furniture to be delivered from various stores. In fact we bought a piece at Bloomingdales and are still waiting, almost a year now, for them to deliver. Then there was RH! We walked into RH on a Saturday, picked out two lovely swivel chairs and - to our amazement - they were delivered to our home that Wednesday! They were in perfect condition and the delivery guys were very professional. So happy we shopped there, even if I groused about having to pay a membership fee. If you don't love waiting forever for your new furniture, RH is the place to go!”

She even dragged her designer Raymond in to help. And let me say he is very upfront and a killer with making designs work!! He has great taste! He helped me pick colors scheme and made sure everything I liked flowed Together!! They knew I was unsure about some items and they both gave many different choices to help.
