“We always get a proper fit and long lasting shoes. My 4&6 yo boys wear a lot of shoes out within weeks. We’ve had a lot of success with the Merrel, stride rite, and tsukihoshi brands lasting a long time. These are not cheap brands but find they’re worth it.”

“I've been coming here for years since it first opened. Of course, it's hit or miss when I am killing time, but I almost always find the specific item I am seeking for when I really need it. Great for men's attire - shoes, shirts, jeans, etc. The clearance used to be better, but sometimes I find a gem. I think the golden age of people returning designer HauteLook items at Norstrom Rack and them showing up on clearance are a thing of the past... Great place and awesome location to stop in after a social or business event.
Also, they hire the nicest, most helpful, and patient people.”

“I had a great experience with this store tonight. I needed professional clothes for a conference in a few days. I hate shopping and the staff here made it as pleasant as possible. They got a sense of what I wanted/needed and grabbed things for me. They got different sizes when I needed it and helped me decide between items.
I never felt rushed or pressured to buy. I always thought the personal shopper experience only happened at really bougie stores for a fee. if I ever need to shop again, I'd go here because of the good clothes, but also the service.”

“In store experience was good. I bought a pair of Lebrons for my girl friend for Christmas and there was only one shoe in the box when she opened it smh.
Update: The team was helpful resolving this issue, at first I was told there was nothing they could do without a paper receipt but as soon as I talked with the manager she was able to verify my purchase and took care of me.”

I can wear anything from a size pm to a xl , consequently I take lots of sizes in the dressing room. The staff was incredibly helpful in theelimination process , helping me look for sizes and colors, gently suggesting and not pushy or hovering. I especially liked that the staff worked together well.
