We received top notch service from Rose! Walked out with 3 pairs of pants/trousers and 2 sweaters. “I've been coming here for years since it first opened. Of course, it's hit or miss when I am killing time, but I almost always find the specific item I am seeking for when I really need it. Great for men's attire - shoes, shirts, jeans, etc. The clearance used to be better, but sometimes I find a gem. I think the golden age of people returning designer HauteLook items at Norstrom Rack and them showing up on clearance are a thing of the past... Great place and awesome location to stop in after a social or business event.
Also, they hire the nicest, most helpful, and patient people.”

I can wear anything from a size pm to a xl , consequently I take lots of sizes in the dressing room. The staff was incredibly helpful in theelimination process , helping me look for sizes and colors, gently suggesting and not pushy or hovering. I especially liked that the staff worked together well.
