“Cutest store ever! Reasonably priced and extremely kind staff. My family loved their ice cream and I loved the different candies and baking supplies (especially the sprinkles) they had for sale. Highly recommend!”
“We got there pretty close to closing time. They didn't stop us from coming in so that was great. While most of us were shopping one went over to the Pretzel stand, for lack of a better word, and ordered them real quick. The ladies running that were very nice and smiled and made us feel welcome.
The store was busy and everyone was checking out. The man running the register was quick and knew what he was doing, but you could absolutely tell he was ready to shut the place down. He did not say anything bad to anyone, but his demeanor and actions at the register let us know we shouldn't ask any questions or take any extra time at the register. I get it, it was closing time on a Friday. But the demeanor can turn people off. Just my opinion.
The store had so many cute items and great products. Get there early enough to browse. If we had been able to get through the construction coming out of the city faster, we would have had a lot more time.”
“For the Muslim community in the area, there's a great selection of Halal certified meats and poultry. There's ground beef, steaks, chicken and more that have a halal certification. Great find!”

“Might be a silly review, but the ladies who work at the market are so incredibly sweet. This was my first time running into the store, I needed matches. I had such an embarrassing moment of misplacing my debit card, and being a few cents short. A kind lady spot me the 5 cents. A moment I felt embarrassed and fumbling around for loose change for something so simple, turned into a few friendly laughs. I will be back again, next time for candles and other local goodies. This store also smells AMAZING.”
“We've been traveling up from Northern Baltimore County for over 20 years ands it's always been worth the trip. Inventory changes regularly, but if you don't mind shopping for products that are either close to the expiration date ow a bit past there are great deals to be had!”
“A very fun Amish health foods store. They recently renovated their cooler space and gave it a better layout. It feels a bit like a library with food, very quiet and a bit dark if it’s not fully sunny. Their selection is good. It is easy to get into and out of their parking lot with plenty of pull through parking spaces. They do accept cards now with a 3% fee, they used to be cash and check only.”
“So many fun and interesting yummy items. The prices are good and the amount of unique food is cool. Grabbed a few things I normally wouldn't and they ended up being really good. I got some fresh meat and even that was better then I expected. Will be returning.”
“This is the local grocery store. Our next trip we will be doing the bulk of our food shopping here instead of taking a cooler on a 2.5hrs drive to this area. They have local meats and great variety of bulk snacks, homemade breads and pastries as well as your household essentials.
100% recommend the bulk Wild Cherry Gummy Bears and Assorted Fruit Slices. They were so fresh and soft.

“Love Grannie's grocery. I've been shopping here since 1995 when I lived in my first apartment in Conestoga so it was nice & convenient I'd stop on my way home from work. Watch the expiration dates. Grannie's always stocks about 5 varieties of fresh block cheeses like Heidi Anne Lacy swiss, sharp cheddar, Munster, etc. which come in handy for diy charcuterie boards for parties! On today's visit they had fresh produce, dairy case including 5+ flavors of homemade whole milk yogurt, Turkey Hill and Swiss drinks, frozen foods case {including name brand froz. vegetables, ice cream, french fries & pizza snacks}, sliced deli meats & cheeses, snacks, chips, beverages, juice boxes, sports drinks, cases 16.9 oz spring water, huge selection of canned foods (fruit, vegs, soup, Alfredo and red pasta sauces, tomato {sauce, puree, diced}, canned pinto, black, Lima, kidney beans, canned mushrooms; health & beauty products including hair color, girls & women's hair accessories, hairbrushes, combs, cosmetics; Styrofoam plates & bowls, paper plates & bowls, plastic utensils, Solo brand cups, plastic wraps, foil, tp, paper towels, deep dish 13x9 foil pans 75c each, extra large foil lasagne pans, facial tissue, baking aisle including oil, flour, sugar, extracts, cake and brownie mixes, name brand cereal aisle including oatmeal and cream of wheat, cookies, crackers; dog food, wet and dry cat food, name brand wet cat food 10/$3, dry cat food 14 lb/$11.59, cat litter 20 lb/$7. “I’ve been shopping at Stauffers of Kissel Hill for several years now, and it’s my go-to spot for quality groceries. I usually stop in for their produce, deli lunch meats, poultry, seafood, and baked goods—and they consistently deliver. I also found out that SKH is the only supermarket around that sells the Boulder cut of beef, which I use for my shredded beef, so that alone keeps me coming back.
Their deli has a wide variety of lunch meats and cheeses, and everything is always fresh and well stocked. I’m a big fan of their seafood department too—the fresh fish and shellfish are top-notch. As for the bakery, in my opinion, SKH has the best-tasting pumpkin pie in all of Lancaster, PA.
While their prices are definitely higher than other supermarkets, I honestly think it’s worth it because of the quality and wide selection they offer across the board. Stauffers of Kissel Hill is my number one supermarket, and I recommend it to everyone.”
“Great little bargain store! I can see now that the parking lot is always full since people are grapping the sales! There's everything with low prices to stock the fridge/freezer and pantry plus decor items for the home. Weekly bargains so run by to see if something goes on sale.”

“Absolutely love the deep discount on groceries. They have large selection of frozen sections. Always new deals on rotating stock, but always core staples too. Friendly staff and clean store. Only complaint is...there isn't one in Lancaster proper. I think SS could compete with Grocery Outlet.”
“One of my favorite stores, even though I now drive an hour to get to the one in Lancaster. Staff is very friendly, produce, desserts and sea food are great. I miss the food bars, though. They shut them down during the pandemic and never reopened. Same with their restaurant.”

“Best corner store. Great food menu, reasonable prices, and the service is always pleasant. Coming from Jersey to PA was a change (good & bad) this corner store gives me a piece of the good, having that Papi (Jersey/NY) corner store kind of vibe (if you know you know). Lastly, the beef and cheese empanadas are amazing, my family moved far outside of the city but my children never miss an opportunity in ask to take the ride for their favorite empanadas.”

The food here is the BEST in the WEST (I got those b-bars! Ay!) Well, we ain't in the West but I gotta say. This food is da fricken bomb! Love it all.
