“My husband’s phone took a bit of a dip in the Gulf of Mexico while on vacation, so upon return he was in need of a new phone. We tried the Apple Store initially, but the only options for payment both required a hard credit check and couldn’t be financed with Verizon, our carrier.
Deciding to avoid that hassle, we went to the Verizon in the mall. I must say this was probably the smoothest experience I’ve ever had with a Verizon store. Sophia was the most down to earth person and guided us through the entire experience with expertise and calmness. The people before us even hyped her up when leaving the store. Got us set up with a new phone and a pretty significant discount for the iPhone 15 Pro.

I was all the way in the back of the store when I came across some items that were too big for me to carry. I asked Dylan if there were any carts in the back of the store and he said no, but he would run out front and get me one. “Sam is the best after receiving my replacement phone Monday morning I've went through hell to get it reactivated had the worst customer service after spending 4 hours in store for two days because they wanted to charge me a 28 dollar fee to reactivate my phone when it's free when you have a replacement phone from the insurance. Honestly Sam was such a blessing after 10 minutes in the store and gifted me for the the inconvenience of his co worker that was as caused. Sam showed true Customer Service he is the best.
