I had a specific color that I wanted which at the time they did not have , Tyler, Valeria and their boss made it happen by one phone call to have it delivered the same day ???! Tyler was fast, full of personality , and made my purchase and set up smooth. Valeria was awesome with giving advice and tips on my new phone. Overall very happy with my purchase and service today. “My husband and I considered switching to another provider because we had a horrible experience at the Rohrerstown location. We thought we would try one more time to see if we should stay with Verizon, so we visited the Western Corners location on Columbia Avenue. Sebastian saved our relationship with Verizon! He was SO helpful, patient, nice, and full of great advice. Sebastian spent quite a long time helping us while also helping other customers without making anyone feel ignored. We left feeling relieved that we kept our cell phone service with Verizon AND we switched our internet from Comcast to Verizon. Thank you for the great experience, Sebastian!”

It wasn’t a normal transaction, particularly with my son (the authorized account holder) deployed to Eastern Europe. LaDetrius was patient as we managed to get all the authorization handled. “Park at Hager lot not city kiosks Mimi took a frustrated scared old Boomer and with skill and compassion sold new phone and supported transfer of gobs from old phone. She deserves a promotion. I needed help from a 23 year old friend to complete some transfers, like my contact list and photos, videos and from other sources like FB, and t make sure messenger was working, but Mimi made the skeleton for all to appear, and vital email to be working. Go there folks! Be relieved.”

I have NEVER, been to any AT&T store, where the salesman, and even the manager were willing and able to go above and beyond as much as the three gentleman did in the store. I gave an enormous kudos to Josue, Logan, as well as the store manager, Brandon!!!!! After going in that store to get a situation with corporate office, settled four times, I wish there was more I could do to show a thank you to all three of those men. “The Target store on Fruitville pike in Lancaster PA is a great store in every way. The selections of products, the friendliness and helpfulness of employees, and the cleanness of the store are excellent. The cashiers always smile and say hi as do most of the employees. I wish I knew their names but the ones that I deal with most often do a fantastic job. The front end manager who is tall, well built{ I couldn't think of a better way of saying it}, with red hair works extremely hard, she has impeccable appearance, and has great people skills is a big asset. She has a high school diploma while I have an MBA with honors but she is a vastly better manager then I could ever hope to be. She is extremely intelligent. A male manager and other managers who know me because of my walks and my penchant for buying toy cars are great too. All the employees deserve a raise and recognition for their great job performance.”
