I visited the store today to replace my SIM card, which had failed. The guy who helped me was kind and efficient throughout the entire visit. I wish I had gotten his name! He was very helpful and replaced my SIM card without any further issues.

Joey was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He helped me figure out a wifi solution that had been stressing me out calmly and quickly with a great sense of humor and fantastic answers to all of my ridiculous questions and additions.
