“I enjoy living at Rock Springs it’s a very Comfortable and spacious Great maintenance they always come fast in case I need them. Anna in the office is always helpful. Laundry is clean. The complex recently added new machines. I highly recommend Rock Springs you won’t regret living here.”

“The location is good as far as proximity to the turnpike, 95 and center city. I always thought maintenance did a good job. Office staff was good. I never had a bug issue but when it gets cold out I would get a few mice. Most I trapped was two one year and that was it. The walls are thick and I never had a noise complaint. You can't hear the people bordering your apartment which is nice.The new ownership dropped the ball when they got rid of 24 hour doormen. Mail room was broken into as well as the vending machines. My real complaint was the washers and dryers. They SUCK!!”
“Signed another lease here highly recommended to newly starting families or senior citizens Woodburn Apartments puts money into the restoration of the buildings and keep them clean just recently we've got brand new parking lots definitely worth a look I'm happy”
“This is a nice complex. Packages in the area are getting stolen by homeless population that reside in woods adjacent to Dunksferry Rd. They also steal and break into cars at another complex in the area. The local authorities are at fault for allowing these encampments to exist.”
“Tbh, I love Brookmont apartments. My son and I have been here for 4 years and never any issues. The maintenance men are awesome. I love love love Lisa. And I do like RoseMarie! She’s new but has great energy and she helped me get my reserved parking spot lol I never had any major issues here!”

“We’ve lived here 3 years now & enjoy this community very much. It’s very well kept, quiet and the other residents are all friendly & very nice. Our few maintenance requests have been addressed quickly, including the most recent one a couple of days ago when our refrigerator decided to stop working altogether. Even though it was after regular business hours, maintenance had it replaced quickly, thanks so much Nancy, Jason, & Mario. We would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a great apartment in the Langhorne neighborhood!”
