From the warm and genuine customer service on the phone, to the clear and responsive appointment setting, to the friendly and mellow techs that installed for us it’s been very refreshing considering the treatment one normally receives from the big corporate companies.My speed has been fast up/down thus far and they don’t sell data. Hard to see a downside if it’s in your parameters of speed and you’re in the service area.”

“When we arrived on a weekend morning, there was virtually no one else in the store but us and the staff. The staff member who worked with us helped us to find exactly the right phone for what we need.She had two phones in mind for us and helped us make the choice, giving us a lot of information about the pluses and minuses of each. She also helped us compare the two, noting the differences between them.She also helped us find exactly the right screen protector and case for the phone. The phone is subjected to some very harsh use and conditions, so this was really great! She helped us pick the right insurance plan on the phone as well. The case was somewhat weird to put on, but she patiently showed us how to do it.I would absolutely recommend this location if you're looking for great customer service and assistance choosing your phone, screen protector, and/or case. IMO, you can't go wrong if you purchase any of that at this store.”

“I came to this location 3 years ago and they were so helpful on helping me upgrade. I made the mistake of going to the store on 17th and Chestnut first and they didn't help me so I came back here and once again they were helpful. Honestly, this is THE BEST T-Mobile store in the city! Tynesha (sorry if i got the spelling wrong) hands down is the best employee ever! Broke down plans and cost for me, was so patient with letting me transfer everything over and gave me the best deal with the best plan. Going forward I will always pick this location. I love my new phone!”

“Though my problem was not solved at that store, at least the very nice technician guided me to go someplace else out in Plymouth Meeting to get my solved. It would be great to be able to go into a cell phone store to get service and not just sales. It would be really convenient if there were people there who could do things that are relatively minor such as cleaning the phone or at least addressing a problem that seemed to only take about five minutes to resolve which is what happened when I had to travel all the way up to Plymouth Meeting just for someone to spend 5 minutes with my phone.”
