“On 6/10/2025 at 405pm... We went to resolve a cellphone issue. The young lady working there was very unprofessional and started screaming at us. She also came from around the counter to wrestle my cell phone from out of my hand assaulting me. Then She ran to the Store front door and tried to lock us in the Store. I managed to force the door open while she was attempting to push me away from the Door. We immediately filed a report with Metro PC Corp. and a police report.”
“Came in completely flustered and confused but left feeling confident. I was helped by a handsome older guy who was super respectful and patient. Taking the time to answer some of my more obvious questions, without making me feel stupid. He was amazing!! I believe his name was Greg... Man deserves raise!! 10/10! They definitely won me over as a customer and I won't be going anywhere else!”
“I've been with them for 15 years and I've gotten alot off things for my home. Gary and earl are the best. I've recently learned Gary no longer works there and I'm sad to see him go. 1 if the best sells people I've ever met. There will never be another thank you for all you have done.”

“Update; stopped by last Sunday and Gypsy activated my new phone and helped set it up.she was very helpful and pleasant to work with , thank you . Not sure what was going on before but it appears resolved. **************Stopped by today .lights were on and door was locked .noone inside .so is this place open or not? Called the one in store in Lebanon and got hang ups and the store in Berkshire mall is shut down.so what stores are open?

“Miranda needs a raise! I took my 83-year-old sister-in-law into your store. Shortly thereafter, it got so busy in there. My SIL's phone was completely dead, and the battery was swollen. Miranda took the time to explain everything. My SIL could not remember any of her passwords, and it seemed impossible to get any information off of this phone. Miranda had some glitches of her own, but was patient, kind, and did not rush us. They worked as a team there. Other associates came to her with questions, all the while being courteous and kind to us. We ended up getting a new phone, and Miranda got the old phone to work at the end, to put my SIL's mind at ease that she could get her contacts. Miranda is an asset to this company, and you should do everything you can to maintain this employee.”

“A Big shoutout to Noah and the girl who was helping him, maybe she was the Manager but ya they both where so Awesome! I was there on Friday 10/3 between Noon and 1pm and the employees there where helping another customer and I patiently waited and then Noah had a moment to come over and talk to me. He was very nice and talked with me about my Wireless needs. I was very eager to switch from my old provider to Cricket after speaking with Noah, him and the girl there made it happen. I had all of my information they needed and the process was very smooth. I used to work for another phone company in the past so I was very prepared and both employees really liked that so it made their job a lot easier. My coverage seems pretty good compared to my old provider and I now have double the Data Plan I did before. Thanks for being so awesome! Keep up the good work!”
