“The cashier was very friendly and it meant so much to me in that moment. The last few days have been very stressful and that little bit of kindness meant the word to me last night. All I was getting was a coffee but she still had a happy and kind mannerism about her.”

“We are new to the area and the rules of PA DOT. Hankey Farms Auto has been amazing! They have performed inspections on 2 of our cars with ease. The communication is outstanding, and the customer service is top notch. We have already recommended them to our family, and have a appointment for another car. We've found our service place...you should definitely make them yours, too!”
4695 Campbells Run Rd, Pittsburgh PA 15205
“They are very professional and kind. I'd definitely recommend their services! They are always there to help me with my old car and very patient. Laura at front desk is extremely nice and helpful”

“20250713 Stopped here for gas before heading home from my road trip. It was busier than expected, but the lines moved fast. The gas prices is pretty reasonable consider the $4.25+ for Premium that I was paying for in Michigan. Do not recommend getting gas at any of the Service Plaza on the Turnpike. The gas prices are even higher, from my experience.”
202 Costco Dr, Pittsburgh PA 15205
“I just became a member of Costco a few weeks ago and I like the fact that they have Gas at a discount price. It’s just too bad There’s only three Costco‘s that I know about in the Allegheny County area but what was most important was the staff that worked there. The guy who works near the pumps was very helpful.”

“Professional and very affordable. Ray and his team obviously care about us customers and provide quality work. Would have paid at least double at my dealer for the work on my jeep. Would highly recommend”
249 Summit Park Dr, Pittsburgh PA 15275
“Sam’s Club fuel station is my go-to for gas! The prices are consistently lower than other stations in the area, and I save at least $12 every time I fill up. The pumps are well-maintained, lines move quickly, and the convenience of fueling up while shopping makes it even better. Highly recommend for anyone looking to save money without sacrificing quality!”

“Good gas station, the prices are always competitive for the Pittsburgh region. You'd have to go out of Allegheny County to find a cheaper station. With that said, the pumps can be a bit slow”
1100 Merchant St, Ambridge PA 15003
“It was the first time I went to Loftus. They were so efficient. They have everything down to a science so you are in and out. I had rear brakes, rotors and inspection. The price was $225 dollars cheaper than my last place that did front brakes and inspection. I highly recommend them.”

“I desperately needed some Tums late at night, and tried two gas stations that I realized were closed. I decided to try my luck at the liquor store here, but they didn’t have any. But the woman who was working there was incredibly kind and not only gave me directions to the closest 24-hour gas station, but also gave me a bottle of ginger ale to help with my stomach.”
1499 3rd St, Beaver PA 15009
“Nothing beats their service. All friendly and personable. Gas prices are about the same as others in the area. I haven't had any problems with the gas. I go there for the price of Montego smokes. $5.85 + tax = $6.20 a pack.”

“I live nearby and observe much of what goes on at this BP . Their employees are always working to make sure everything is tip top shape out side and inside. Constantly picking up and even cleaning the gas pumps!!! Employee will make certain to hold door open as your entering and leaving, PERFECT!! Great job ! Friendly when entering business. I worked for years in hospitality and management and it is great to see service like this !!! And thanks for displaying the American Flag !!? Kudos to management. Even as I give this review, an employee is wiping the gas pumps. Marathon should take notice. Please pass this on to your employees.? Hard work does show!!!”
2615 Nicholson Rd, Sewickley PA 15143
“This is in a really convenient area right off of 79. They have many pumps for those busy days along with free air pressure machines. The gas prices are the same here as other stations in my area which is great! I was in and out within 5 minutes.”
1099 Merchant St, Ambridge PA 15003
“Not a bad little gas station, prices are pretty decent inside, and gas is usually a tiny bit cheaper here then others in Ambridge. Owner is okay and straightforward, never had any issues here ~ always able to help if you need something. Looks may be decieving but this place is very decent to get fuel or gas, plus close tp the bridge, and is safer then others.”
1199 3rd St, Beaver PA 15009
“The people at this store could NOT treat me any better. The regulars know me, I consider them friends. The new girl already knowsu schedule and what I buy daily and has it ready at 4:45 a.m. for me every day. I never thought in my life I'd turn into the old guy who only goes TO HIS favorite store but low and behold here we are, I'm that regular!! Love that place and those ppl. 7 out 5 stars ?”

“Haven’t been to a GetGo that I didn’t like. Good service, friendly staff and I enjoy the fact that they take care of our first responders military members and veterans of the Armed Forces by letting them have free coffee. That in turn, makes me want to get gas only from them.”
152 McGovern Blvd, Glenwillard PA 15046
“I've been going to Kwik Fill on McGovern Blvd for about 9 years daily. The current Manager is exceptional and really goes out of her way to be friendly to customers. I've been stopping in for coffee on my way to work and seeing smiling faces first thing really helps to get my day started off on the right foot. The current Manager sets the tone for the staff, and I can even say she has ordered some items to stock in the store that myself and my colleagues like. I read thru some of the negative reviews and think the new Manager has a solid staff and cant imagine anyone being treated poorly. The majority of my interactions are with the Manager and another team member (Shannon) but I definitely go out of my way to get gas and coffee here solely based on how friendly the employees are.”
The Iowa retailer, the third-largest convenience store operator in the country, built its new three-year plan around three priorities: store growth, food and beverage expansion, and kitchen technology upgrades. The company plans to add 120 stores during the current fiscal year. Its previous plan, launched in 2023, delivered more than 500 new stores and earned the company a spot in the S&P 500.

Read the postTexas-born Buc-ee's is changing the way people think about gas stations and convenience stores. This chain is known for its huge stores along highways, some with over 100 fuel pumps. With its funny billboard ads, award-winning clean bathrooms, and branded items Buc-ee’s is hard to miss. The company wants people to actually plan to stop at Buc-ee's during road trips, not just go there as a last resort. And it's working - the chain has a huge fan base, with Facebook groups dedicated to Buc-ee's having hundreds of thousands of members.

Read the postLove's Travel Stops is rolling out a new system that turns work into a game for its restaurant employees. Picture this: Three big screens in each restaurant, tracking how fast workers greet customers, take orders, and hand out food. It's not just for show - early results say it's making service 11 seconds faster on average. "These monitors track key performance metrics in real-time, such as greet times, order processing times and the time it takes for food handoff," Love's explains. The system creates a more interactive environment, fostering friendly competition between stores.
