“More than accommodating, it's like a small caring family. Jeff has been superb, with knowledge of units available to being super duper patient. Would recommend this facility or any other that Jeff manages. He's added security and given renters reason to trust in that security. I've been spending allot of time getting things ready for my next move, therefore I've been at the facility allot. My dog onyx and I were not only welcomed by Jeff and some maintenance personnel, we were almost expected to be there and it made everyone's day, save for the people who have been renting uhauls to try to rob storage units that my pit bull and I were now watching over. 5 stars +++.”
“Our pavilion adds so much to out backyard, I would 100% recommend one if you are considering one. Working with Adrian was so easy to get the exact pavilion we wanted, and our driver Elmer was fantastic when dropping off our delivery to get it exactly where we needed it dropped.”

“I needed a storage unit that was not planned and found one that fit my needs. I was so overwhelmed with how quickly that I had to get a unit and the move in time frame, and all my worries were put to rest when I got phone call the next day to get the rest of my information. I had my questions answered, and she was so patient with me and all my questions and reassured me that there are ways to contact the office even after office hours and I will get taken care of. It was wonderful customer service and I feel better about having my first storage unit!”

We experienced a medical emergency when camping in the Lancaster area and unexpectedly needed an immediate place to store our camper. I needed help getting ally items into storage and they recommended someone that took care and unloaded everything and got it into the storage in a organized fashion. The staff at Storage Sense was friendly and so helpful! They explained the fees and charges on an easy to understand fashion. The storage itself was cleaned to a T before I got there. “i was with Cocalico Self Storage for 10 years. and 4 other storage places. The folks at Cocalico are the BEST. the other review about a truck. Cocalico rents the trucks out, like Herts or Avis. The folks at Cocalico have no control over the folks who rent the trucks.Placing blame on Cocalico for an individual renting one of their trucks is insane.”

“I've used this place recently. The woman at the front desk keeps this place very clean. I move yearly so I've used my share of storages in the area. The storage units are pristine clean. The lot where the storage containers sit is kept beautifully cleaned. I was shocked at how nice this storage area is kept. I had no problems. Read your paperwork before assuming you get anything back. I had no problems with any pests or bugs. When I couldn't pay online I called in and the front desk woman would call me back and take payment over the phone. The next time I move, if I stay in this area l, I will definitely be using them again.”

“Tracy was amazing!!! We reserved a 10x10 climate controlled unit and a 10x20 non climate controlled unit online. Upon arrival, we explained our needs to Tracy and she set us up with a 12x30 climate controlled unit that is perfect for our needs. She took my wife and I to see the unit to ensure it fit our needs and took care of getting us all set up right there on the spot, even though we ended up staying a little passed 5:00pm which is when they close. She said she didn't mind staying to complete the transaction. Tracy not only got us exactly what we needed, but she was very personable and friendly as well. It was a pleasure meeting her! Highly recommend CubeSmart and make sure to ask for Tracy! You won't be disappointed.”
