“Me and my partner went to this establishment in hopes of getting some of our jewelry fixed. We were not disappointed! They were very professional. They were very patient with us as we requested to try on different necklaces they had on display. We got 2 necklaces fixed along with a pair of hoop earrings. Although you can see the welding mark on the earrings, they're still functioning, so no worries there. The price was appropriate, $75 to get 3 pieces fixed. Gold is high now, so it's understandable. I would recommend anyone come to this establishment. We will defenitly be back soon!”

I am not being biased or anything when I tell you that, he is a Very knowledgeable businessman who happens to have a very good personality for when you are going to be interacting with people. “Both times I've been to this location. I left out smiling and in good spirit. The first time I went to help my niece pick out a charm for her mother. The second time I went to get a cleaning for my bracelet that literally turned black from not wearing it. I end up buying an additional bracelet because the young lady was soo friendly and nice. We share a few jokes. And her and the team literally brought my bracelet that turn black back to silver. I couldn't believe it was the same bracelet. Always happy with the service. Sometimes they are busy but people should be patient, the employees doesn't have hire power. Sometimes they are busy with other clients and everyone with their turn or shop online. When you get to interact with a staff they are always friendly.”
