“Got to say, I love Tractor Supply. We ordered 30 9 ft black steel fence posts. I was updated every way of the order being delivered to the store via text. Ding came in today, immediately went down to pick up with trailer.
First guy I talked to Chris went to check on my order, came back and said it is ready around back. Another salesman helped us load up and it was as easy as that. BRAVO! Even got a spicy sausage dog from the local vendor in front of store. What a Win? for the day.”

“This is Nancy the groomer at Wow and have been here since the store and grooming opened. First let me tell everybody there have been rumors that are prices are going to be increased well that is not going to happen. We have charged the same prices since we opened and we still use alll the same products. We do use a blueberry facial shampoo on all dogs. We also have special shampoos for different grooms we do, such as dashed shampoo and conditioner for a deshead groom other products we use are oatmeal and honey shampoos with dogs that have skin conditions. We also use rose water conditioner. We do teeth gel on every dog. The other prices and agreed with both Nancy and Nick. Nick is very knowledgeable with dogs cats for products food , feel free to ask him any questions and he will help you. He is a certified vet tech and a certified dog trainer and behaviorist, I am a certified pet groomer, I have never had a problem with tips and pay I also receive a spreadsheet of work of “dogs done and prices charged every week. I am very happy working here. I decided to live Petco and came here.”
“I love coming to bird paradise I don’t mind driving an hour to get the food and toys for my eclectus. Everyone there is always very helpful but it’s alway a pleasure to see Phillis there. She’s such a lovely lady who has always Helped me whenever I needed any type of advice I’m reference to my bird.I’ve been coming here for the past 6 years.So if you’re in planning of getting a bird this is the place . “My husband and I recently completed the 6-week puppy training class with trainer Chrissy. My husband and I were very pleased with the whole process. We learned 2-3 commands each class. We learned everything we wanted to know in regards to training our puppy as well as a few extra commands. She gave us step by step instructions for us to practice at home and while on walks. During class, Chrissy would show us how the command is done and then have us give it a try while she provided helpful feedback. If we still had a few problem areas, we would go over it some more at the next class. So far, our puppy has been doing well with the training exercises at home. We look forward to booking another 6 week class with Chrissy soon. I highly recommend Chrissy for all of your puppy/dog training needs.”

When I’m looking for special treats, specific toys/puzzles, a certain brand or something that fits my dog who is outside the range of sizes most chains offer, I’m at Dogs&Cats. I always find what I need here. Staff is generally young, has always been friendly to us as customers.It’s a bit cramped inside and there’s a bunch of loose items, so fair warning if you have any mobility issues or a larger dog.”

The Fairless hills pets plus (including the manager) should take notes from this store on how to treat customers and stick with adopting out dogs and not sell purebred puppies because people want them.
