“This post might be a bit long, but it's hard for me to really write a justifiable review for this place in just a few words. Today (02.27.24) I went to the Mechanicsburg location today for my second time ever.My first visit in September of 2023 I had all 4 tires for my 2018 Honda CRV replaced. Every other place I got a quote from wanted $750-$800+ dollars. NTB quoted me $530 for all 4 tires and installation included (they also offer free tire rotations for the life of the tires). I couldn't have been happier with the service they provided me then.Today, I went in for an oil change (and my free tire rotation) and asked them to check my brakes and anything else that might need to be done. The associate Darrell was very honest and upfront about EVERYTHING. I was almost sure that I would need new brakes for all 4 wheels (since my vehicle has 57K miles on it) as well as some other things. He told me my brakes were fine but that my brake fluid needed to be flushed / replaced, so I had that service done in addition to my oil change. The total charges for everything were way less than any other place that I was quoted for these services.I also asked him about changing out the front / rear differential fluids and was quoted an extremely fair price on that as well. NTB has deservedly earned themselves a customer for life and I will bring my car to them for any service that I ever need. 5 stars all around.”
