Andrew/Andy is incredibly reliable and fair. Does most things in house or refers you to the right person if he doesn't do that particular request himself. Keeps his promises and delivers in time.
We found him very fair and transparent. Also a very pleasant person to talk to, and as his website says, "good conversations are free!".
I highly recommend him for jewelry needs. Has such a beautiful vintage selection if you are into vintage jewelry, or can get brand new orders in within 1-2 days.
