“Today I stopped by The Home Depot store in Hanover, PA to purchase deck sealant. A woman I hadn’t seen previously was working the paint department & I’m sorry that I didn’t catch her name. She was amazing! She knew the product well and made very helpful suggestions. She really seemed to care that I had the correct product. She was also assisting another customer who was purchasing the same product. She started mixing my paint & went to check on the other customer in the meantime. She effortlessly assisted both of us without either of us feeling we were “on hold.” Such amazing customer service that you don’t witness often!”

“Ace is my favorite hardware store. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. They pretty much have everything I need as long as it is not something too specific or in large volume. The only negative is that their prices can’t match the big box stores. I understand and will always try and give them my business when possible but something I just have to run to Hanover.”
