“I finally decided to get a new phone after 8 years. I didn’t look forward to switching phones, as I was so used to my old phone and didn’t look forward to having to figure out all the differences a new phone presents. I was very fortunate to have Dustin help me get exactly what I wanted. He was very professional, pleasant, and patient as he explained in detail everything about my new phone. After he had set everything up for me, and answered my many questions, I left very confident and pleased with the whole experience. Then I had a problem getting my car to sync up, and he came out and spent even more time getting it set up with everything working perfectly! He truly went above and beyond, and I’m extremely grateful for his efforts and expertise. He worked with me quite a long time until I was completely satisfied that I knew how to fully operate my new phone with my car system. I highly recommend Dustin to anyone needing a new phone, or who has any questions or issues with their current phone or service. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and wonderfully helpful! “David was amazing on Friday (7/18/25) when I needed help with my phone. It was jammed up with ads so frequent that I couldn't even make a phone call!
He knew just how to fix it and was done in less than 15 minutes. He was super nice about it too. I tend to feel that all technical problems are my fault. He kindly explained some of the big picture and let me know that I didn't break it!
I left the store with a phone working like new and a lot less guilt about my role in the problem. It was great to have his help! (If he tires of retail work someday, he would be great as a therapist!)”

“Kat talked ne out of a mobile hotspot to the wireless internet option. Smart young lady and the right choice so far 5 bars full 5G fast service and access. She set everything up at the store taught me how to use it and even logged me in. Kat deserves a raise and recognition for a job well done and exceptional customer service.”
“After the week of customer service I had dealt with I was over it . I had already been to another store and talked to idk how many departments in customer service so I wasn't expecting much walking in today but we left pleasantly surprised. Rob and another guy were in the store when we got there but Rob was our actual sales person. They were both polite pleasant very knowledgeable and helpful. We left with everything we needed plus a better plan than we started with. Rob made everything as easy as possible plus he explained how to do a few things at home to make my life easier since I'm technology illiterate. This Will definitely be the store I use for everything from now on.”

“Tried to pick up my phone today (11/27) and weren’t opened when the site said they were supposed to be. Waited about an hour or sours after they were supposed to open and never did. And I have to pick this order up by Wednesday!!! Security didn’t even know when or if they would open.How to change this review once I actually get to this store and there are opened when they are supposed to be…UPDATE: Best customer service. Chuck was amazing. Thank you for making me have a good service! Highly recommend!!!”

“the staffs at this store are amazing especially Esmer I had a problem with my phone and I wanted a new phone but I was more worried about my pictures and my contacts and she told me that she can transfer all of my pictures and contacts to my new phone and she did an amazing job, Brandon is the nicest person ever he broke it down for me on how much I am going to spend cause I was on a tight budget and Brandon right away knew the prices right from the back of his head so therefor I am so thankful for Esmer & Brandon if it wasn't for them two I don't know what I was going to do.”

“Ordered some black Friday items, and could not come to get them during the pick up time established. I called the store and ask them if they could hold them, which they did. When I came to pick them up the person that answered the phone was polite and was able to answer my questions, and the person that brought the order to the car was happy and smiling and Baby it was cold outside! I have used their curbside delivery quite frequently, and have never been disappointed!”
“I am actually shocked to see the poor reviews for this location. I was a customer today and I was beyond happy with the service I received. The manager Michelle was patient and helpful from start to finish. I was in the store for almost four hours today between trouble shooting SafeLink and TracFone trying to keep my phone number and start service with MetroPCS. Those companies gave me the runaround the whole time and made it almost impossible for me to access my own account information in order to change. Michelle assisted in helping me choose a phone and a plan within budget and even went as far as transferring my contacts and photos to my new phone. She was attentive and informative. I highly recommend this location - at least Michelle - and I hope that her manager sees this and gives her a raise and better air conditioning in the store. Thank you!”
