“I am writing this review on behalf of my Dad. I also want to mention that I have had an extremely positive experience with this business when getting a new iPhone and trying to navigate sending the old one back and getting the new one I purchased up and running. I worked with Patrick back then, and he has since helped my Mom and my Dad on a couple of occasions, and was SO patient and helpful with them. The regular Verizon store is not helpful for people who need assistance getting their devices purchased and actually up and running. Patrick and the employees at Russell Cellular Verizon are gems, and I’m so glad they are here locally!
