It's rare to find someone knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. He did. Awesome kid, he should be on the management track, hope he does well.”

Do not purchase any Hisenes products! They are junk and offer no product support.
Purchased a Hisenes refrigerator. First problem, icemaker did not work. After 2 weeks of recorded messages I figured it out. Then notice the freezer would only go down to 32 and the refrigerator only 40.
It has been 3 months and I'm still waiting for a repair.
NEVER, NEVER purchase a Hisenes product!!!”
