âFriendly overwhelmed associates. Come on Dollar General, hire at least one stock person per store. They should do NOTHING but stocking shelves. In addition to a stock person, be sure to have a cashier to check out the customers only. Could be considered an attempt to cut down on the "millions" of complaints about aisles being constantly overflowing with product, at EVERY store. It's really not that hard to figure out. Get back to caring about customer satisfaction and do something about this major issue. EDIT 1/2/23: Over the last few months, I've noticed more help at this location. Store doesn't have the blocked aisles as it's had in the past. One suggestion, bring out one or two carts of products from the truck at a time. Try not to bring the majority of them in from loading dock resulting in clogged aisles. Great job ladies, thank you!â

Love shopping at this particular location on weekdays during the day. Most of the time its not busy and you are left uninterrupted.
The employees have all been very helpful and are pleasant.
And, this is a great place to shop instead of driving to the closest big box department store in Pittsburgh Mills. They have practically everything they have at competitive prices (and you save on gas and wear and tear!).â

âThis Five Below is a chain discount store that sells children's toys, cell phone accessories, cosmetics, hygiene products, snack foods, fitness accessories, t-shirts, and much more. Most merchandise was not want I needed, but I found a few products to buy. The prices were reasonable, and the employees quickly and politely served me.â
âPurchased furniture and some other home decor items recently Bobbie Jo was the most welcoming kind and caring person throughout our entire selection and sales process.
We were open to her ideas and opinions based on our needs that we explained what we were looking for. So helpful and we love everything we bought!!! I highly recommend seeing Bobbie Jo for your next furniture purchase and we will most definitely be going back for more in the future. In addition to her help this store is very neat and everything is accessible to browse and select items throughout the entire store Definitely 5 stars!!!â
âThe staff is great, the have random awesome stuff you can't find anywhere else and a great craft section. Even though the price went up it's still cheaper than anywhere else for certain stuff.â
âWhat is there to say ? Who doesn't like the place. The store in Lower Burrell Pa is always clean including the restroom. The shelves are always full the staff are very friendly. The products have gotten better in quality.â

âIt has great prices and you can buy your laundry soap along with many other cleaning products, foods in coolers, can and boxed goods along with plenty of snacks and drinks. They also have a small section of clothing and party supplies. There's an isle just for cat/dog food and some pet supplies. During the holidays they usually have some holiday stuff too. It's a great little convenience store!!â

âI been coming here since they have opened and I have got to say, I have seen a huge improvement. I think the new manager Zac has completely taken that store to another level. There no longer is carts everywhere and trash laying around and the store looks clean and organized. This is by far my nkw favorite dollar general!â

âEverything! I especially like the Dollar General right next to the new Kensington bridge. They are always stocked And always have what I need. Another thing nice about this Store is that everything is always fresh, which is a major plus! I would rather go to Dollar General because it is easy to maneuver around unlike Walmart where you have to walk a mile to get from one end of the store to the other. Kudos Dollar General.â

âI was at the Dollar General by my house yesterday. There was a line, and the employees were laughing, but still working to stock shelves. Some dude behind me complained about them laughing. You can laugh and work at the same time. Also, if there is a self checkout, it was probably installed because there are only a couple of people working at a time. To any customer who behaves like this in a store, unless you are willing to go apply and fill the worker shortage then shut your mouth. You're literally a huge part of the problem. YOU and your stupid complaints are why no one wants to work. Not because of worker laziness, but because of misbehaving, RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE CUSTOMERS!!! Shout out to the employees for remaining professional when people are so impolite.â

âFD Drivers: You're going to have to approach this store so that the store is on your right. There is a loading zone along the street in front of the store, that's where you're parking, good staff, decent unload.â

âAlways full shelves and tons of great buys. Even if they had to raise their prices to 90% of all their inventory, they made up for it by having more brand names than ever. Like with beauty products. Tons of Animal friendly options too which are usually expensive and hard to find at times.â
