“We lived up the road on old York rd until 2013. I would come visit while doing remodeling. So convenient and great employees. I am sure that hasn’t changed. I remember the owner being interviewed by one of the local TV stations one year after Walmart opened next door and one of his questions was “has your business been hurt by Walmart”? You replied and said that was the best thing for your business. I am sure that is still your answer several years later”
“Harbor Freight is a 5 star tool store.
You can come here and find practically any tool, for any job, no matter how obscure. However, you're not going to find the brand names you're going to find at big toolbox stores. A lot of people initially are taken aback when they can't find a brand name they recognize. But take a look at the prices and understand that you didn't have to pay for the branding and logo and social media podcasts, so now you can actually get an impact driver when you were coming for a screw gun.
They deserve 5 stars, but people who can't get past wanting a black and yellow tool on the site won't allow for 5 stars.”
“The most experienced team in E-town for building materials and hardware. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, and they always go out of their way to help you find exactly what you need. We just finished a very large project and their customer service is exceptional. They deliver right to your door. Please use these guys they are an amazing local company that blesses the E-town region”

“I don't care what town I'm in and if there's only 5 minutes before 8:00 to get to harbor freight and I'm in a new town. I never miss the clearance tables or the clearance shelves these guys always have at the different stores in different towns and most of the sales people there in the workers are overly friendly and more than willing to help him. Half of them will give me a bigger discount on the clearance stuff than what they already have it marked down to. I'm pretty sure they're probably going to throw the trash can at some point anyway, but it's still a good thought of them and I like it. It's a hobby. Excuse me busy. Keep it up guys. Good work”
“Great Lowes to stop st and one of our first stops whenever we need tools or anything with home improvement. Prices seem on par with the other home improvement centers in the area and their selection is vast. I think the majority of the employees seem to know what they are doing and are more than accommodating to answer some questions that you have.”

A young man named Cam asked if he could help me, and proceeded to amicably assist me with my issues with flooring and then in plumbing as well. It's rare to find someone knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. He did. Awesome kid, he should be on the management track, hope he does well.”

“Had a great experience at the paint department on 06-24-2026. I bought a quart of Behr paint for my front door earlier that day and the color was a bit too bright, my bad. I took it back hoping to have it darkened and chose a color from the same color”family”. I explained to Ben who was behind the counter what I wanted and he said “give me 5 minutes.” When I came back and there was a new can of my chosen color. I asked if I could have the old paint also, assuming I would be buying the new can. He said no, it’s an even exchange. That made my weekend! He was friendly, helpful and understanding. Well done!”
