Specific to her for another nail trim and separate cut and shampoo. She speaks to my dog, high pitch voice my dog loves. Thank you Colleen!!”
“My father got a rescue dog a few years ago, and he's mostly cocker spaniel, so he has cauliflower ears and gets very matted. The people there were very good to him even when he was getting agitated and said it would be safer to let his vet finish. I respect that because my dad used to have a visiting groomer...and last time she groomed him, she had cut him in 3 different places. Winston (the dog) won't even let me brush his legs. He only lets me use the grooming glove to remove excess hair. And my dad and I do our best with his face and ears, but we're amateurs! This is a safe place to take your pet in my opinion ?”

“Great selection of pet supplies and we go here regularly for our dog's food. However, I need to go with my wife, otherwise we end up with dozens of toys for our little pup, Maximus. Prices are fair and there's lots to pick from for all kinds of pets.”

“Hometown pet store with plenty of pet goodies. From foods to baths to beds and carriers. I stopped by just to see the variety. They do have small pet foods for Chinchilla's, hamsters and guinea pigs, as well as a variety of fish for your aquarium and aquarium decorations. Friendly staff as well.”
“I was just here. There was a gentleman named Rick that asked me if I needed help and proceeded to walk me to a couple locations in the store to help me find what I needed. Could not have been nicer. Great experience. Highly recommend.”

In particular, Owen is always so happy to see Spencer, our labradoodle, and will always give him just a few extra pets. Spencer is just as happy to see Owen when he’s working!

“The only reason I'm giving 4-stars is because of the owner. The two employees we worked with were solid. However, when we came back to visit our puppy a couple of times during the week (had to wait to take puppy home because he was from out of state), their vibe totally changed when the owner was around. The owner of Playful also owns Ruh Roh's pet shop around the corner. Same thing happened there. Employees were very nice without the owner present and very stressed when owner was there. Anyway, I don't know the backstory. Maybe something stressful was happening at both places on multiple days.Last thing....negotiate! The employee who helped us told us we can negotiate and we saved $700. The next day, when we returned to visit our dog, the other employee never told the other customers to negotiate and they paid full price.”
“We always take our doodle here- We love being able to see all the dogs being groomed/the open concept here! Makes us feel so safe leaving our pup there. She always comes home so happy! It’s clear they treat these animals with such care.
I have a very old dachshund with nails that couldn’t be trimmed at the vet anymore, since he’s so squirmish and loses patience quickly now. They accepted a quick walk-in, let me hold him, and were so patient with my little boy! He walked out feeling brand new. I cannot begin to express how much I appreciate these lovely humans that work here! (Beth Hatter, you were incredible! We’ll remember this wonderful experience because of you & your kindness!)”
“We had a wonderful first grooming of our rescue dog. I am so glad I found a groomer that does not crate with caring and loving staff. My dog was a little shaky when we went in, since he's a bit shy at new places/ with new people. When I went to pick him up , he was as happy as can be and looked so handsome! He is a very happy boy! “We love Dogventure (Cool Dog Gear)! I used to only wander in once in a blue moon, but while dining out with a new puppy, I received some news about "Puppy Social" sessions that could be a good fit for my not-very-socialized and rather vocal Pomeranian. I kid you not, we now frequent Dogventure on a weekly basis (or as often as possible) - and not just for the use of the doggie gym although that's the best part.This is a fantastic small business with a variety of toys, treats, food options, and healthcare (joint, skin, dental, etc). The owners are wonderful and the staff they employ are equally caring and knowledgeable. There are not words to express how happy and grateful I am to have discovered (and have access to) this wonderful business and all they have to offer.”

We love to price match the PetSmart app to the store and prior to walking in we saw on the app that if you did “pick up” you’d receive 20% off.
It states that the order would be ready in 2 hours…I walked in and asked could shop the items ourselves because we were already there. Sara took charge and shopped all the items for us while we waited in the car. Even brought them to us. What a rockstar! Sara if you’re reading this I hope you have a super day!

“Well stocked and organized. I wish there was 1 more employee in the aisles to help me find what I needed. The cashier who directed me where to go was great and personable. She even had a conversation with the family in front of me in line in fluent Russian or Ukranian. Very helpful in this area, she's an asset to this location.”

Very sweet, professional and passionate about her work! I have never had an issue when booking with her. She takes very good care of my Goldendoodle and gets the job done every time.”

An employee (I sadly never got his name but he was working 4/14/26 around 3pm; has 2 cats at home aquariums) he really went above & beyond in educating and helping me on aquariums/fish. The cashier was also so kind, informative, and amazing.
I usually go to Pet Smart in or North Wales, but I went to this location after a close by appt. I was blown away by the customer service.
It’s the kind of customer service that doesn’t even happen anymore!
This employee told me EVERYTHING to do to start my aquarium. I feel he went above and beyond because he walked me through the aisles and talked me through every option and factor in owing an aquarium - whenever I asked a question he answered very thoughtfully and I did not feel rushed or ashamed for not knowing where to start lol.
He even printed out information for me to take home to help me research more before I come back to buy everything to start my aquarium. The cashier was just as lovely, giving advice on her own aquarium at home!
After coming from being a customer at the Montco locations, I can say I will be going out of my way from now on to this location.
Customer service is a lost art and they really ensured I was taken care of.
I can’t wait to start my aquarium and if you can ID employee please give him accolades!!”
“I adopted my precious, sweet and loving Niko toy poodle here. He was 10 months old in the year 2008. He recently passed away. He is the child I could never have. He was 19 years old! We were together through everything!! And he was the best boy!!
I have been blessed to have adopted his sister Pebbles also from the SPCA Montgomery county and precious sweet bonbon who at the time was a senior.
When she passed my Niko was so sad and I adopted Pebbles. the two were best friends.
You can't by love but you can adopt it! You can rescue! And then wonder who rescued who??

“Came in today seeking much needed help because my one cat stopped using the litterbox due to stress from my recent move. 2 wonderful individuals helped me locate several products to encourage my stubborn feline to start using the litter box again. Immediately after getting home and setting everything up the mission was extremely successful! The team members in this facility are extremely educated and helpful and I am very thankful and grateful for the information they shared with me! My cat is back to using the litter box and seems much more calm and comfortable! I absolutely love this pet store and the workers and they’ve definitely made me a life long customer!!!”
