“Bob and MailSource Inc. were amazing to work with. We had to coordinate packaging and shipping from a different city entirely over the phone, and Bob made the whole process simple from start to finish. He was professional, affordable, responsive, and communicated clearly every step of the way. It’s rare to find that level of service and follow-through. Highly recommend MailSource Inc. to anyone who needs packaging or shipping help. Five stars.”

“Our church, Lower Providence Presbyterian Church, just leased a new Canon copier through KDI. From the first meeting with sales rep Christa (who is amazing!) through delivery of the new machine last week, we have been very impressed with KDI. Christa even came to oversee delivery of the new machine and KDI tech Lou also came out to do some training with me. KDI definitely earned this 5 star review!”

“Came here after a horrendous experience with the Folsom, Pa location. The Folsom store had an abysmal, miserable woman working printing, extremely rude and downright unhelpful. Upon arriving here, I was greeted at the door, the employees asked what we needed, how they could help and even apologized for the other store. They were all just tremendous at the Springfield location. Thank you for the great service Springfield!”

“I was returning a package and had a USPS label on my phone but no printer. The company wouldn't send me a QR code. USPS couldn't help me but said UPS could. They couldn't print the label either but the employee told me I could email it to them and he could print a UPS label. Thing was, I didn't know how to email! The employee helped me with that too. I was in a real pickle and didn't know what to do but they solved my problem easily! They were terrific!”

“5/15/24 Yesterday, my Mother-In-Law turned 100 years of age. We had a nice celebration and took many photos. One group photo, was especially sentimental and we wanted to make copies. We headed to Staples and we met Daniel Deutsch, who was the General Manager. He walked us through the process of getting our photo transferred from our phone, to an 8 x 10 size. He then made us some 5x7 shots. He was a big help, in getting the photos, looking great. In addition, we purchased an 8 x10 frame. We were having trouble getting the photo sized and John helped us with that issue, and it turned out beautifully. We greatly appreciated the super customer service these two men provided to us. They represent Staples in 5 star fashion and it's always nice seeing employees enjoying their line of work. You can be very proud of them. So, thank you Staples! You made our day and Mom loved the photos. Daniel and John have our utmost respect. Regards, Marc & Anita Walther Pompano Beach, Florida”

“I was amazed at how kind, thoughtful and masterful this team was. I wanted to print almost 2-dozen copies of children’s artwork as a class keepsake, and everyone was extremely patient in reviewing the options with me, helping me strategize how to get the best product within budget, and communicating about quality concerns (I didn’t think about the fact that light-colored crayons and pencils wouldn’t copy well — I received a phone call immediately about this and we figured out a great work-around. I was shown proofs at this time to make sure everything was going to print as clearly and neatly as possible.) I definitely did not appreciate all of the nuances involved with this last-minute idea of a printing project, and the lovely team at Fed Ex was so patient and kind with every aspect of the process. Can’t recommend highly enough. (Obviously it’s also a great place to ship things, but I’ve never needed the hand-holding on that end. Overall, it’s just a great place to work with.”
