About Baierl Toyota Service Center
Baierl Toyota Service Center provides a professional and helpful service experience. The service advisors are described as fantastic, patient, and expert, answering all questions clearly. They are willing to work with customers on specific vehicle items. Staff members are noted for being professional and helpful, making experiences great and standing apart from other dealer service departments. The service provides clear descriptions of issues found and walks customers through the advantages of products and service options. This is considered the only service department for many going forward. While a shuttle service is available, it sometimes requires multiple calls for pickup, though the driver is pleasant and engaging. The center handles services like tire rotations and addresses customer concerns about vehicle noises.
