“I will be going to the Hubcap store for all future tire purchases! The gentlemen there were SO nice and accommodating. It was a Saturday, few people in line, but I was in and out. There was little to no wait. Reasoning for four star is if you’re there for the first time, its a little confusing know where to park/or go. I would 10/10 recommend the customer service though!”

“I came in to get 4 tires and not only where they right on schedule and took my car right away but they were done in less than a half hour. Everyone was very nice and I just got the feeling I was in good hands. It’s not like some big chain company where u are just a number with a bunch of young kids scamming you. This place has the old school charm that we have gotten so far away from these days. On top of all of that they were more than fair in price and they made it such a smooth process. They couldn't get me in on Monday when I called so they opened a little early to squeeze me in on Tuesday. Super nice man (I wish I got his name). Smiling while talking to me and he didn't jerk me around at all like most mechanics do. I wasn't expecting such an amazing price to plug it up either. In and out in less than a half hour. The service was way above the actual dealership. My husband and I found our new "go to" spot with our new cars.”

“My wife's car's brakes making a really loud noise and she just happen to go by the shop. She stopped in and Josh took a look at it right way and determined that a bolt came out of the caliper. He put it up on the lift and replaced the bolt and my wife was back on her way in 20 minutes. For him to take the time out of his busy schedule to do this right away is unheard of in today's auto industry.
