“My grandson lost his stuffie at this store on Sunday. We left and when we noticed that he didn’t have it, we backtracked back to the store. We went to the desk and a girl was there and she told me to put my name and number down and if it showed up, they would call me and I told her OK and that we was gonna walk through the store just to be sure that it wasn’t on the floor somewhere so we walked through the store and we never found it. We were getting ready to leave when a young man found us and said that it had been found and that we needed to go to the beer garden and the same girl that helped us at customer service had found it! My grandson was overjoyed! We didn’t get her name, but we just wanted to say thank you again!”

“Friendly staff, good selection, and bulk store prices without the bulk. Occasional finds of store-exclusive brands that are better quality than name-brand. The only thing working against this particular location is exactly that: location. Not in the sense that it's difficult to get into or anything, but the fact that it's situated in an area that the corporate body treats as unworthy of carrying the full stock of urban chain locations.”
