“Cheapest gas prices around the South Hills (as of Nov 2020). Venture into McMurray (Peters) or further into the South Hills, gas will be .$30 or $.40 cents higher. Wish I'd have stumbled upon TJ's prices sooner. Do need better window washing equipment though.”

I just flew in from down south and I thought that folks down there were nice, but she truly was a prime example of someone who goes above and beyond to make her guests feel welcomed and well taken care of. “They’re so dependable a river could be forming outside their doorstep where the road and sidewalk used to be and they’ll still be open. They give the first responders dealing with the floods free coffee in emergencies like this. If the upper level ain’t flooded they’re in business!”

The staff is so friendly and they always check-in to make sure our questions are answered while ordering at their Drive-Thru. “The pharmacy tech was very helpful looking for the prescription toothpaste I’m buying for my son. Learned later on that the price I paid for the toothpaste was about half the price of that which my son’s Mom got fr another pharmacy. Really good value for money.”

“I had to get some photos for a multi picture frame for my wife that I had been putting off. When in the store to pick up other items, I went on the Walgreens app and uploaded the required pic's. The two gentlemen working there had my photos printed out in less than 5 minutes.”
“I liked Rossi's because they didn't have a machine for the scratch off lottery tix, someone handed them to you. I consider this to be lucky ( not that I win). But they redid the inside and now have 2 machines, although you can still get some at the counter. It's a good place for snacks and drinks. The people are very nice. Parking is only a few feet from the door. Sometimes the lot is full though. It's a popular place and I like it.”

The woman working the register told me they did not sell tape but was so generous giving me the rest of the roll of Scotch tape she had at the register and didn't charge me. “If your a victim of rite aid pharmacy just sending everyone's scripts to giant eagle pharmacy without any notice at all this is where u need to transfer them! Stellar at my doctor sending few new ones, flawless and had all my insurance info and all they needed. No issue to call and speak to 1 in pharmacy. Have been trying 4 days to get refills on all refills sent there without my knowledge, no car, and can't reach anyone. Once on hold for 40mins, ai voice repeatedly saying be with me shortly every 2to3mins.”

“Very clean and frendly. Service is fast and of course you can use your shop and save perks here. Pumps always seem to run well and for the late night driver the pumps take you debit/credit cards after hours.”
“The two young guys that work at the shop are extremely nice people. The older gentleman is a little standoffish but I suspect that is his culture. I tend to go in the afternoon after he has left. No issues with the pumps either.”
“If it's a gas station you want, it's a gas station you'll get. There's not much more to it than that; the area is clean and well lit, and the pumps are quicker than some other gas stations I can name. Well, that is, when the pumps work. I can't believe I'm saying this, but there have been a couple times when I've tried to use a pump, pre-paying at the pump, but the machine wouldn't read my card. Any of my cards. Once was in the dead of winter, a few years ago; more recently, it was a bright, sunny spring morning. On top of this, if one has a Giant Eagle Advantage Card, the laser that should and usually does read the barcode on one's card doesn't always work. Don't get me wrong, by and large my experience with this GetGo has been great, and the only thing stopping me from coming here more often is the marginally greater inconvenience of traffic patterns in coming and going. Still, I'm stopped from giving a full 5 stars to this location just because the technology that is built into the pumps has a history of sometimes just not working. Oh well.”
