Go to this place once and I promise that you will return there again. “It was good overall except when we couldn't find something they normally have in stock and when we asked the 2 people working there they both just stood there saying if we had any it would be by so and so instead of going to look or help us find it, disappointing whatever happened to customer service, it's their job to help customers if they can.The cashier I get cant leave the register unattended but the other girl could have atleast tried to help.cost them a sale”

“We pre ordered pans of food for our party. Lobster Lasagna(didn't realize that was a dish) Beef lasagna, stuffed shells, baked ziti and a tub of peanut butter cookie dough. I saved the lobster for the next day as a birthday dinner for my folks. So much cheese and lobster! It was sooo delicious! I didn't want the pan to end. The other pans were loaded with cheese and the perfect amount of sauce. Everything was a big hit. The cookie dough was very creamy and baked very well. I am definitely using them again and highly recommend their food.”

“I love this store!! I don't get to Erie very often but when I do I make sure to stop here! The store is clean, organized and the staff are super friendly and helpful.A special thank you to the Gentleman working there today.I thought my daughter was coming in with me to help me but she stayed in the car. I am disabled and have mobility issues and use a walking stick to hobble around..This kind man saw me struggling with my stick, wallet, and basket that was quickly getting fuller and He immediately came to my aid and carried my basket for me. He continued to help me finish my shopping by getting the spices I requested for me so I wouldn't have to suffer any longer than necessary trying to find them.He noticed I was buying Kataifi and suggested I make kunafi which I've never had but been dying to try. He said he carries the sweet cheese used to make it! Yes !! So He got it for me and I was ready to cash out.He also educated me on a spice called sumac which I can not wait to try too!! I was hoping he had it in stock and he did!!I truly appreciate the assistance I received today and the knowledgeable advice on ingredients that are new to me.Don't hesitate to stop in here!! My daughter didn't realize I was getting more than 2 items n felt bad for not coming in lol”

“Pleasantly surprised to happen upon this place at the same time we visited Urbaniak's. We were wondering if they sold British goods, but they sell Indian (Asian) foods. Good assortment of produce (lychees) frozen foods (samosas) and an endless array of spices, chutneys and snacks. Staff was friendly and communicative. Will definitely return next time we're in Erie.”

“Not the cleanest or the most well organized but taking into the fact supply chain issues and that they are probably short staffed , they get a pass this trip . Some aisles were impassible with little on shelf majority in the aisle , it is wheelchair Accesible except for some aisles . The checkout was a bit dirty and sanitation was not the de fault standard , but again pandemic delays and staffing issues can account for many “ retail sins” . It did have Wi-Fi .”

My only issue is that 75% of items are priced incorrectly on the shelves & the employees never change the price to what the tag says & say “sorry prices are changing too fast”. “Was charged wrong per pound for my cheese and the manager tried to turn it around on me and say there were two types of Swiss cheese. Unhappy I told her forget it as i already ran my card. Ordered a breakfast burrito and then told there was no breakfast burrito mix, also after i paid. The deli offered to make this with a different protein, I Said ok, bacon and got sausage. I'm giving 5 stars because the manager came to me and said I was charged wrong and fixed it, the cashier was friendly and my sub was in fact, very good. This staff made an extremely great effort to make sure I didn't leave Unhappy and although time consuming since I was working ... I was satisfied. It's rare in these times to find staff willing to care”
