“So I was having difficulty with an Amazon credit card. I went over here. I was greeted by the most lovely, pleasant young woman who greeted me asked me if I needed help directed me to the window. She kindly informed me my driver's license was out of date because my birthday had been 2 weeks prior, instead of not dealing with me, she simply told me that I needed to renew my driver's license. To be honest, I was going to cancel this credit card. Card. I only got it to get some special points during the Christmas season. I will keep this for my everyday card only because of the customer service that I received from this young lady. I wish I would have gotten her name. I looked at her name tag but now I cannot remember her name. But she's a very good employee and if I managed that bank I would be very pleased”
“I order ones for my local small business at this branch every weekend. They seem very professional and diligent. There is allot of very nice people working there. These bad comments are false and most likely from very low IQ people.”
