He went above and beyond by doing such an excellent job of helping me get my phone back on track ASAP. I am a Lyft driver, and I just can not afford to have my phone offline and not fully operate properly or I will not be able to make any profits at all. Daymon had throughly explained my options and helped me with the process of getting me back online with Lyft right away. I now have a newly upgraded phone, a much better suited protective cellphone case cover, and also a very great screen protector as well. “Lots of parking despite how busy it was. I walked in behind two other people so I thought it would be awhile once I seen a ton of other people inside. I was immediately approached and asked how they could help. I was only returning an old wifi box since I upgraded. Unfortunately this store is out of my traveling way so I usually went to south hills village area. But I definitely enjoy the open atmosphere. It didn't take long to return the item and be on my way. I have gotten multiple phone lines through xfinity and always a great help.”

“I took my son to the store to get a new phone after having it checked from Apple and realizing there was no hope to get it to work. It was fairly busy and everyone was working with a customer. It wasn’t too long-maybe 5 minutes-and someone came to check us in. We had about an hour wait so we did some shopping and came back. Another worker greeted us to see if we needed checked in when we got back and told us we only had one more person ahead of us at that time. We didn’t have to wait too much longer. Jay waited on us and he was fantastic. He went above and beyond to help us out and really made a typically stressful experience easy. We will definitely make the trip to this location in the future.”
