Even though she was managing the store by herself, she was able to help me in an effective manner. She steered me to a really good phone and assisted me in getting a good deal. Excellent service

I truthfully hate going to Verizon because I feel like I never get the answers I need or the help I want. I was so pleased to have Jake help me out last week and answer every question I had and helped me in all of the departments I required assistance. JAKE IS AWESOME!!!
