Last week or a week ago I got a racer snail and he died. So i come back today to get two new ones, I stand at the fish area while a lady helps another customer and then promptly get ignored while she walks away, puts everything away and turns off the fish tank lights.
I literally just wanted two snails and i’m leaving empty handed and having wasted at least 10 mins of my time.
Thanks for nothing petsmart! Great customer service you guys got there.
Oh and when i went to ask another employee for help they were using their cellphone on a call.

6416 Carlisle Pike #300, MechanicsburgHad issues with our former groomer (unreliable and kept cancelling our appointments) Petco had an appointment right away (As our dog was in desperate need of a cut) Nervous leaving her as she has separation anxiety and a rough past(rescue puppy) I can't say enough good things about Zach the groomer. Pleasant attitude, great at making our Khloe feel comfortable. He did an EXCELLENT job with her groom . When we went to pick her up she looked like a new dog! Will be using Petco and Zach going forward!!

Brian's Mobile Grooming
MechanicsburgWe were looking for a groomer to come to our house to groom our Bernese Mountain Dog. He has degenerative myelopathy so we are unable to transport him to a groomer. We contacted Brian and he was happy to come to our house. Our Bernese wasn’t able to climb into Brian’s van so Brian was able to groom him outside the van. He did an AMAZING job and our Bernese feels much better.

1424 S Market St, MechanicsburgMy wife has been fostering kittens for a couple years now. We have been lucky with our foster kittens, but this morning one of our new foster kittens was near death. Our adult cats are seen regularly at Winding Hill, so that was our first call. They were so understanding and gracious, and asked us to bring the kitten in right away. They were able to see the kitten immediately and treated her with such care and dignity. Even though the kitten could not be saved, the staff and doctor were thorough and provided the best care possible under the circumstances. And they did not make this visit a financial burden for us either. Top notch care without charging us an arm and a leg - GREAT veterinary practice in Mechanicsburg!

The appointments were on time and completed efficiently and professionally. Two helpers checked us in and gathered necessary details, no time wasted. The clinic was set up in a very quiet corner of the store which calmed my cats, and the visit was fairly priced. I will definitely use Vetco for all of my pets’ vaccinations.

Ours doesn't do well with other dogs around and they've always made arrangements so that we can either enter through a different door or plan accordingly so that he can go straight into a room when we arrive. Dr. Davie is wonderful, attentive and helpful.

4930 Ritter Rd, MechanicsburgMy dog was very nervous upon arrival. After being treated by the staff he was happy and greeting everyone. Which showed me that he was with a great group of people. He was diagnosed with a UTI and unfortunately developed complications overnight. I brought him back in the next morning where he was treated and is now doing great. The staff are wonderful and very knowledgeable. I would bring him back here again in an emergency.

We would prefer to take her with us when we travel but she does not enjoy being in public and she loves to visit Greenlin. It's a bit pricey but we know she is safe, well cared for and enjoying plenty of playtime.

He only plays with dogs that are comparable in size, energy, and temperament.
Dogs are never left alone, dogs from other households.
My dog knows what days he goes to daycare and will pester us to get going in the morning. Once we are there, he is super excited to get to the back to see his friends.

Noah's Pet Hotel & Spa West
331 E Lisburn Rd, Mechanicsburg1st week (1 day a week) visit for our 2 year old lab. He had an older brother who passed not long ago and our younger boy was missing him so we wanted to give him some companionship with other dogs. So far so good. We were able to see some photos of him playing with others on their Facebook. They spend time outside playing in groups which is pretty cool. We think he was still overly excited when he got home, ended up not keeping his meal down so we will have to see how that goes.

Wow the food! We started with the scallops that were perfectly cooked and delicious. My boyfriend ordered the Trout and chips. I ordered the rib eye steak which was cooked to perfection. He loved the trout and the chips, we're quite yummy too.
Although the portions were large, which is great, we still ordered the Key Lime pie. Omg it was sublime.
We will definitely be returning, often.

The service is fast, the food is delicious with sushi, fried rice, and hibachi options. Pay one price per person for all you can eat but do not over order. Order one or two dish at a time to not waste food. It is a pleasure going by yourself or with a crowd. Enjoyable and friendly staff.

4940 Ritter Rd, MechanicsburgWhat a pleasant surprise this place was! We were in town for a wedding and stayed at the adjoining Hampton Inn so the location was very convenient. We stopped by during Happy Hour after considering a return to Marzoni's, where had eaten the night before, which was also within walking distance. Issac's was way better and we definitely made the right choice. I had the Rainbow Parrot and my wife had the Hollyhock with a cup of tomato soup. The serving sizes were generous, the sandwiches tasted great, and my wife enjoyed her soup as well. I had several of the Never Trust An Amber craft beer and the wife had the Tropical Wit-zard; both were good and only $3 during Happy Hour. To top off this unexpectedly enjoyable dinner, our server, Brian, was fantastic as well. He was very friendly and helpful. Great experience overall and would recommend this place to anyone!

The person behind my husband had some very strong cologne on and the people beside us kept banging their table, which vibrated through to ours. We asked to be moved and we moved to a much nicer table for two (with fresh air and no banging!) Our waitress was pleasant and took our order quickly. My hubby thought she didn't refill his tea often enough, but I had no complaints. I had the broiled swordfish and my hubby had the prime rib. Both were cooked perfectly and were delicious! I loved the spices on the swordfish! The vegetables were steamed perfectly! I don't often eat the bottom half of my asparagus, but I did here! They played enjoyable music in the background which was not too loud. We could hear each other easily when we were having our conversations. All in all a pleasant experience. We'll visit again in the future.

It is such a family friendly establishment with exceptional service and the friendliest of staff. We ear here at least twice a week especiay rogjt after my kids are home from school so we can enjoy the amazing lunch deals. I highly recommend dining here. 10/10.
