“I’m here at the Malvern location where I came with what I thought was an unfixable problem I’ve never seen before. I was so kindly greeted by your employee Joseph. While admitting it was an unusual problem after I explained it he said he would try absolutely everything to get it working. It needed an internal shut down that he realized quickly & explained it to me effectively which should require an immediate promotion for that alone. He was patient with me & my mother. “Bobby helped me and my mom set up an appointment and went over everything and took so much time with us. Originally I was just gonna get a new phone for myself and did not know my options and he went above and beyond to help me and my mom understand the best options and differences between plans and took extra time and patience explaining how our new phones would work and helped us with the best pricing options. He was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and very generous for staying an hour past closing when he didn’t have to, to inform us with updated information and what would be the most appropriate and cost effective options. He even helped my mother understand and work her new iPhone better than I could have ever helped explain. I highly recommend seeing him and this location! My iPhone 15 Pro was completely bricked (grayed-out Wi-Fi and stuck on an endless loading screen). Every shop I called in South Philly told me it was a dead motherboard and not worth repairing. They told me to go to this spot in Upper Darby instead.
I dropped it off, and they had it fixed in just one day. It turned out to be a deep iOS software issue, and they only charged me $20! Incredible honesty and amazing service. Don't waste your time anywhere else—go here first!”

“Had my cell phone repaired here, tech repaired my phone about 10 minutes and it only cost me $15 dollars and I was out of there in 15 minutes tech was very good fixing my phone in a timely manner, and the cost was very affordable all around great experience.”
“Just finished visiting the new Verizon store at Pontiac Road / Pilgrim Gardens shopping center.
Both times here I was served by Duc who so graciously helped me upgrade my device and then my daughter’s.
He helped me pick the right case for my phone and patiently set my phone up with a screen protector.
I’ve visited a few Verizon locations in the area but this one is the very best!

“I’ve found this place through Google and happy that I did as I was initially unaware of this establishment. I brought my phone in due to my screen not working. Upon meeting the owner, he is very pleasant, professional, and informative. I then left my phone with him in hopes of fixing it. Sadly, the issue with my phone was beyond their scope but I truly appreciate the honest effort in fixing it - as well as the owner not charging me (not even for labor) due to being unable to fix the issue. I fully support any place that works with integrity like this. I highly recommend this place to anyone. The owner even recommended a place to me to help fix my now motherboard issue.”
