“Bobby helped me and my mom set up an appointment and went over everything and took so much time with us. Originally I was just gonna get a new phone for myself and did not know my options and he went above and beyond to help me and my mom understand the best options and differences between plans and took extra time and patience explaining how our new phones would work and helped us with the best pricing options. He was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and very generous for staying an hour past closing when he didn’t have to, to inform us with updated information and what would be the most appropriate and cost effective options. He even helped my mother understand and work her new iPhone better than I could have ever helped explain. I highly recommend seeing him and this location! Thank you Bobby for all your effort and hard dedication, you are very appreciated! If I could give more than 5 stars I would, he was so informative!! Thank you so much!”

“I’m here at the Malvern location where I came with what I thought was an unfixable problem I’ve never seen before. I was so kindly greeted by your employee Joseph. While admitting it was an unusual problem after I explained it he said he would try absolutely everything to get it working. It needed an internal shut down that he realized quickly & explained it to me effectively which should require an immediate promotion for that alone. He was patient with me & my mother. He said it was his pleasure to fix it & I wholeheartedly believed him. He’s a wonderful & extremely helpful guy & a most valuable employee!”
“I went to AT&T in Wynnewood, PA to upgrade my iPhone two days ago. Was upgrading from an XR so had not been through the process in a very long time. The gentleman who helped me, Muadth, was awesome. Very friendly and extremely helpful. Upgraded to a 17 and the process could not have been easier thanks to his help. Definitely will be returning to this location for all phone needs”

“Absolute lifesavers!
My iPhone 15 Pro was completely bricked (grayed-out Wi-Fi and stuck on an endless loading screen). Every shop I called in South Philly told me it was a dead motherboard and not worth repairing. They told me to go to this spot in Upper Darby instead.
I dropped it off, and they had it fixed in just one day. It turned out to be a deep iOS software issue, and they only charged me $20! Incredible honesty and amazing service. Don't waste your time anywhere else—go here first!”
“Went in for a broken charging port. Ive been here for service 3 times over the years, always accurate in their diagnosis and quick to complete. Price is usually lower than others Ive called for estimates. Owner was upfront that hed try to just clean it first and see if that works then itd just be a minimal charge. I appreciate that. He cleaned the port and put it on a tester charger and watched for it to get to an expected level that would show it's in working order. In and out in under $20 and 20 minutes. Will definitely be back as needed.”

“Just finished visiting the new Verizon store at Pontiac Road / Pilgrim Gardens shopping center.
Both times here I was served by Duc who so graciously helped me upgrade my device and then my daughter’s.
He helped me pick the right case for my phone and patiently set my phone up with a screen protector.
I’ve visited a few Verizon locations in the area but this one is the very best!

“I’ve found this place through Google and happy that I did as I was initially unaware of this establishment. I brought my phone in due to my screen not working. Upon meeting the owner, he is very pleasant, professional, and informative. I then left my phone with him in hopes of fixing it. Sadly, the issue with my phone was beyond their scope but I truly appreciate the honest effort in fixing it - as well as the owner not charging me (not even for labor) due to being unable to fix the issue. I fully support any place that works with integrity like this. I highly recommend this place to anyone. The owner even recommended a place to me to help fix my now motherboard issue.”
