“Michael was absolutely amazing helping me with an issue today. He went above and beyond. I was at another post office before stopping at Midland, they did nothing to help me at all. I'm so grateful of the help I received in Midland today. Thank you Michael. Hoping to get the glasses soon.”

“I was so impressed with Cheryl this morning. We took a box in which was so large that it would have cost $123 to ship. She encouraged us to cut the box down to half the size, as long as the contents would allow. She kindly assisted us in doing that and sealed it up. We ended up paying $60 instead of $123. She took her time with us and was very professional and helpful. You should give her a raise!!”
