“I’m not sure why the reviews are so poor, I read them, and I was hesitant to go here. However, I needed to go to the bank and this was the closest one, I had no issues what so ever. I tried to get a cashiers check through the drive-thru, they kindly let me know I needed to come in. Walked in and they had already started working on my request. They made the process very smooth for me, and double and triple checked the check was made out to the right person. I had a good experience!”
“Recently I helped my Mother In Law with an issue she was having with the Bank she had been doing business with for a long time. They had been bought out by this now large Bank that made her feel like she is just a # to them. So I called my contact at Traditions on Oregon Pike Lancaster to discussed how they would handle this situation. We ended up moving her to Traditions Bank as everyone there was warm and welcoming.
