“12/22/23 Update…Customer service was able to help me in navigating what was originally a difficult hurdle in setting up a loan which I improved my review from this.As a side note, additional processing following approval of loan is taking much longer than I anticipated. For me, this involved connecting my external bank account from another financial institution electronically to my Belco account using the app, then transferring the desired amount to my bank account. I don’t want to commit to a time this is taking me because of multiple factors. First, I never yet received the transfer and I’m also in doing this right before the holidays. Additionally, processing times may vary depending on whichever “other”financial institution you may be working with. Bottom line, don’t expect to be able to utilize the funds immediately following loan approval.”

“This is in response to Fred /Yolanda Waters since we can't respond as the business for some reason. As of Feb. 7, 2023, we had a serious staffing issue where we were forced to reduce our hours. The hours were clearly posted on the door and they are also on our website. The person who was inside working was NOT able to tend to members which is precisely why the Lobby was closed. Again, everything was clearly marked and clearly posted on our website along with "we apologize for the inconvenience" . Unfortunately, some circumstances are beyond one's control. We strive to keep everyone happy.”

They have a change counting machine I thought was nice. They have free water, lollipops, pens, 🖠piggy banks and even dog biscuits for your pet dog. This bank certainly knows how to cater !!”
