“Had pretty good experiences in general with purchases and no issues with the equipment except for one time (which wasn't ACE's fault). Their customer service could have been a bit more considerate when I had an issue with faulty gear I bought from them. I understand warranties can be complicated but if I spent hundreds of dollars on an item you sold me, how about a "hey we are sorry it didn't work AND I'll help get you to the proper people who will take care of the issue" rather than treating me like I'm a nuisance. It was already frustrating spending hours to get it to work before I even came in for help. Anyway, I got better customer service from one of the "bigger guys" more recently.”

“I don’t normally like to comment or rate things I use or buy, but in this case I really am thankful for Home Depot’s rental equipment. I had 17 holes to drill for posts and we ended up renting the pull behind auger, what an ease of operation and it worked so well, I don’t think it would have been so easy with the hand held! I wish other people could see my comments, it might save them a few headaches and time!
