Armstrong is a GREAT company! We had a small issue with our hardline. The technicians came over the NEXT DAY. They not only fixed the issue, but improved other aspects of our internet service that weren’t on the order. They then spent time to sync our tv to the Armstrong remote and go through how to use it.
With Xfinity we had to call an 800 number or chat with a computer on problems. It’s a pleasure now to work with a local company with first class (and real) customer service reps and technicians!”
