“This was our second purchase from Original Mattress Factory. It was one of the most pleasant purchase experiences I’ve encountered. Jay was so helpful in answering our questions and explained the mattress thoroughly and the best part was no high pressure. We had gone to a furniture store close by and the guy followed us around and it was hard to discuss what we wanted because every time we started discussing it we’d turn around and there was a salesman watching with everything as if he was using binoculars to watch us. “This is a funny story. I was coming out from the Starbucks and I saw the sign for beds on sale at Sleep Number I said I don’t need a new bed my bed is two years old. So I went into the store and came out with a new bed one that will support my whole body. The sales person was OUTSTANDING couldn’t ask for a better customer service. She did her job well.
